FOMO for the one place EVERYONE is talking about??
Okay, so I actually don't know ANYONE who's been to Russia besides the guy on NPR every morning and to tell you the truth, it's not exactly easy to get in. But let me show you exactly what you need to get your (collusion-free) ticket to Moscow. Not enough, I'll show you how to get there for $40.

Maria Petrova I’ve included a little tidbit of history of the Kievan Rus in my second video from Russia, How to Travel: St Petersburg. The goal for St Petersburg was to explore the history of Russia from its early tribal formation until the end of tsardom; How to Travel: Moscow explores the history of Russia from the Soviet era until 2019.

@Armando Problemas Have you ever been to Moscow? You can’t find those “Soviet” things if you’re not looking for them on purpose as the RUclipsr did. Except of Lenin Mausoleum. I meant those vodka cafe, super soviet hotel.. Get rid of Lenin Mausoleum? That’s a really good idea. We often talk about it in Russia. I don’t know why but the dead body is still there. btw Stalin doesn’t have a mausoleum now. And I don’t remember if I ever seen any Stalin Monument here. We don’t have so many Soviet reminders. That’s why I didn’t like the video. It didn’t show Russia. It showed post USSR. And not every Soviet reminders and spots are stupid. It’s our history. We need to know and remember it. The reminders don’t speak. We’re creating thoughts looking at “the reminders”. And all the thoughts are different.
P.S. History is written by winners. There’s always a good side and bad one.

With the war still going on between Russia and Ukraine, is it still possible to visit Moscow? If you are planning to visit Russia from North America your best bet is to fly from Toronto, Montreal and New York. These airports will connect you to Moscow via Belgrade on Air Serbia, Istanbul on Turkish Airlines, Abu Dhabi on Etihad, Dubai on Emirates, and Tel Aviv on El Al. Alternatively, you can travel to Moscow from Montreal on Air Algerie via Algiers, from Toronto to Moscow via Cairo on Egyptair, or from New York (JFK) to Moscow (DME) on Uzbekistan's flagship 787 via Tashkent. Flying west coast, your options are slimmer, you can fly from Los Angeles to Moscow via Beijing on Air China. If you are from Asia, you best connections options are via Istanbul, Abu Dhabi or Dubai.

How did you find getting around without Russian? I've been living here for 5 years, but couldn't even imagine trying to navigate the city without any Russian (which I'm guessing explains why you were mostly in pretty touristy places). If you ever come back, hit me up and I can show you some better spots! Moscow is a gem of a city, but on limited time it's really hard to actually get a feel for it without either a lot of prior experience or a local friend to show you around.

Visa laws are usually reciprocal, that is when the US cancels visas for Russians, Russia will cancel visas for Americans. At least if it was easy for Russians to get an American visa (let's say the same easy as to get an Italian or French visa), then it would be easy for Americans to get a Russian visa.

I would recommend using a visa service for a Russian visa, ask your service to help you determine insurance requirements. More info here: www.tataaig.com/travel-insurance/travel-insurance-russia

Now Moscow - 12.7 million inhabitants (official statistics).

PROBABLY the most popular young man (millenial) in the world now is Fiki Naki, a 21 yrs of old youtuber, 2.8 million followers from Indonesia.
He is known to many girls, teenagers in European countries, Russian and its federations, Asian, etc because of his fluency in English, Russian Language and two other International languages
His ways of communication to girls are educated, simple, clear, and sincere from hearth. He talks to girls with his emotion and positive thingking. This way he gets place in girls' hearts.
Also because of this, the Russian language is becoming more popular to youth all over the world. Also because of Fiki, many people now know Indonesia. It means Indonesia now is more popular.
May I suggest the Goverment of Indonesia and Russia to pay attention to Fiki for example to arrange for Fiki Naki a visit to Moscow and to meet Presiden Putin in person. By the same way by Presiden Jokowi of Indonesia to invite him to the palace as a privilege.
Fiki, you have motivated many youth in the world. Thank you. And Thank you. Pls keep up the good work.
