Delta is absolutely awful. Every flight I've taken with them, the flight attendants were incredibly rude to everyone and additionally racist (and I don't ever use that word ever). Many flights, all over the country, different locations and crews.

One world emerald on American is far better program. I think weather was truly a factor with American. You must have a delta reserve credit card allowing you entrance to any delta skyclub. I have American's top tier credit card that allows me in any admiral's club anytime I fly regardless of what class I fly.
