  • Quick pressure cooker meatloaf, I throw in some potatoes and cook for 35 minutes to make it a quick one pot meal.
    Ingredients
    2lbs Ground Beef
    4 Eggs
    1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
    1 tbsp garlic
1/2 tbsp seasoning, I used a steak seasoning mix, but salt & pepper work well.
    Sauce
    2 tbsp brown sugar
    2tsp Worchestershire sauce
    1tsp mustard
    1/2 cup ketchup
Quick breadcrumbs in the blender, I used Gluten Free bread.

I whisked up a brown gravy pack with a bit more water than they say to used, lined the bottom of the pot with onions, celery and potatoes placed the oval shaped meatloaf on top . Cooked for 24 minutes. No sweet sauce on this one but the meatloaf, gravy and potatoes was the bomb!

What was your spice blend? SInce you said it was great, I thought it might be nice to know what was used & how much. :) Also how much water needs to be put under steamer insert if not using potatoes. Thanks-I just subscribed after watching another meatball video. Nice! Helpful.

I use steak spice quite a bit, often the store will have pre mixed assortments.
Right now I'm really loving this Keg spice mix I got from Costco, it's coarse salt and spices, so I break it up with my mortar and pestle. That being said, salt and pepper, with a few other spices you like would work just fine as well.

Walmart, it's a steamer basket, they can be somewhat hard to find depending where the store decides to put them.

You didn't show the potatoes! 35 minutes for potatoes, I'm wondering if they would practically disintergrate with that much time.

Check out the photo, yes they are pretty soft.
      But there are 2 points
One Pot Meal, big plus for a busy family.
I also like how the flavours merge, they taste awesome.
It's not a huge issues, my kids prefer mashed to roast potatoes, so really soft is a non issue
