This practice is gold!!! I saved it straight to my favorites. It felt so good!!! I’m in the middle of a lupus flare and your videos are helping me keep up my practice and feel like I’m still doing something and helping my body. I appreciate you so much.
That's so lovely to hear Marilyn, thank you! Legs up the wall is one of my favorite postures of all time, perfect for those flare-ups, as you say 😊 Should you ever be looking for a longer version of the practice, I've got one in the Serenity and Calm program: tinyurl.com/3jmxb4mt Looking forward to practicing together again soon!
Loved this. I add one of your 10-20 min videos to each day’s workout. I don’t like to exercise but I love your videos. Your playlist makes it easy. I’m on 104! No thinking required, just play the next one.
I’ve never done anything like this before and it, along with your voice and words, was the most relaxing experience I’ve probably ever had. I’m so glad I found you.
I just started watching your videos. They are so helpful! I plan to stretch every day with your videos hoping it will give me relief from my fibromyalgia pain which seems to waiver from day to day. Thank you!
Hi Ginger, and welcome! So happy to hear you are enjoying my videos! I'll actually have a new fibromyalgia video coming out in just a few days, so I hope you will like it! 😃
This definitely feels good for the lower back and all the daily tension that builds. Would love to see some Yoga poses that strengthen the glutes and hips to help with lower back issues. Love the videos, Thanks so much!
Thanks Gary, so glad you liked it! Great idea for a glute strengthening sequence, I'll put that on my list! If you haven't tried it already, you might also like my routine for lower back pain: ruclips.net/video/HZ5GNs0HTqw/видео.html
10 Minutes of Yoga I am so thankful for your videos! I do this one and the 10 minutes for tight calves video 3-5 times a week with my regular workouts. I went from being 241 lbs with capsulitis and plantar fasciitis in both feet and told I would never be able to run again to now I have lost 30 lbs and workout 5 days a week and while I haven’t ran a whole mile yet I have done some running playing with my 7 year old. Your routines have made all this possible for me. Thank you so much!
That's amazing! Thanks for making my day with such good news, and good on you for continuing to take good care of yourself! I bet your 7-year old is pretty happy about that too 😉
Hi Joelle. The other night I tried legs on the wall for the first time with my support worker. It was a bit difficult having my bottom on the wall and got very close to the wall with my legs up on the wall. I could only last have my legs up for a short time before I felt quite funny and had to bring my legs down for a while and then back up again. Will have to try the poses you did and see if it helps for a while before I start to have my legs on the wall for such a long time. Hopefully I will get better over time and have no problems and will always have my bottom on the wall with no gap
Great job! Also, feel free to scoot yourself a little further away from the wall if that feels better, that way the legs aren't quite at the most intense angle. I hope that helps!
