Everytime I search "how to play AAL _______ thumping riff" it's always you who pops up haha, thank you for all your pattern tutorial vids, since tabs usually don't show that!

Also it still throws me off because of the 2nd guitar but in Tosin's playthrough vid it looks like he's "D U" thumping the E (6th string) then tripleting the B (7th string), it sounds different when I play it. Not sure

Thanks man. Watching your videos teaching us this kind of music surely help this genre to grow. Finally you've gotten an 8-string guitar, sweets!

Wow, great job, thanks for this. Reeeeally curious: how the did you figure this out? Especially because this came out after Gartska's breakdown (ruclips.net/video/1z3R5DgigLA/видео.html), but it's accurate, down to the 56 16th note grouping lol Did you just slow down Tosin's playthrough?

Just lots of practice doing this type of stuff! I love transcribing parts by ear, and if there is a playthrough video that's helpful too. In this case it was all done by ear, and confirmed watching Tosin play it.

@@chicken6111 That's dope. Are you just slowing down songs to help learn by ear? If so, is there any other processing you do besides slowing them down? Sometimes it's so hard to hear things when a track is slowed.
