Everest Base Camp | Day 6

Day Six | Trek to Everest Base Camp
Day 6 we left Khumjung at 3790m, to trek 8.4 kms to Deboche located at 3820m. We had a bunch of interesting animal encounters during the day from the foghorn cow, to our first view of a yak, and the elusive, endangered Himalayan musk deer. Along the way we stopped at the monastery in Tenboche (and the bakery there - highly recommend). We got into Deboche early to guess what!?! Another double bed! Yay!
