amazing, just I don t understand something. How could you do this alone. according to news from April 2023. the nepali government banned the solo trekking and only with guide you can go which is quite expensive. I also want to go but their price is too high.
Hi Jozsef, thanks! When I visited (in April 2024), the law wasn’t being enforced despite the announcement. I hiked to the national park entrance to check personally, and found out they didn’t require a guide. I was ready to hire one if necessary. I also hiked in the Annapurna region, and the situation was the same. This might change in the future, so it's worth checking if the law is being enforced when you visit.
This Law is not applicable in Everest region as the local government claims there is better trail infrastructure in this route, so you wont need someone to show the way unless in peak winter season.
My husband made this hike in his 30's long before I knew him..He was such an adventurer..David..I miss him so much...ty for showing me what he saw..Absolutely magnificent
I was there in Pokhara for a trekking trip to ABC base camp. But I had to cancel it due to the unpleasant weather. I have a few questions to ask. Please reply
A solo trip to remote and strange region like this helps you discover yourself. You learn to appreciate your life more , you gain a whole new perspective on life !
I was expecting to see some million subscribers. Shocked to see only 728. But this is just mind blowing. Not only the act itself, soloing 3 passes, but the video, scenery, story telling, everything is just amazing
Thank you so much for the kind words! I'm thrilled that you enjoyed the video and the journey. The subscriber count may be small for now, but comments like yours make it all worth it.
My now husband and I done this hike back in 2019 with a company called ' Himalayan Wonders' for my 40th, its still fresh in our minds like it was yesterday , we still talk about the memories, absolutely amazing experience, if anyone ever gets the opportunity , take it. Thank you for showing your journey x
That's incredible! I'm so glad you took on this adventure and had those beautiful moments. I'm relatively new to creating content on this platform (as a hobby), but hearing stories like yours makes it feel like I'm making new friends. Thank you for sharing and take care!
Thank you so much for writing the names of the mountains, I've never been there, but always wanted to know which mountains you can see around. None of the other hikers seems to care about this.
I did this trek in April this year. Your journey refreshed my memories and showed me what truly matters. We could've been on the trail at the same time.
The people might not have much but they look so happy. I will want to do Everest Base Camp when I retire in a few years time. In the meantime, training to keep my body fit for my future trip.Thank you for this inspiring video. There is something heroic about a man/woman with a big backpack climbing the mountains alone.
Thank you for your thoughtful comment! Your future Everest Base Camp adventure sounds incredible and I'm very happy about it-keeping fit in the meantime is such a smart approach. And feel free to ask any question I'm happy to answer!
I did this is 2004 as part of an organised trek. Nepal is such a magnificent county as are its people. It changed my life completely which gave me a new perspective on how I see the world. I’m now grateful and thankful for the small things in life and don’t worry if the big things don’t come my way.
Beautiful story telling. Beautiful journey. Beautiful landscapes. Beautiful editing. Beautiful experience. Thanks for posting this video in ASMR, Amir 🌄
I am just at a loss for words. This is incredible, not only your solo journey and experience but the thought and effort you put into making this video. All of it is just, perfect. I felt like I was there with you and you sir, are brave. Just amazing. I am all set for doing the Everest Base Camp trek early next year and I will be rewatching this at least once a month until I get on the flight haha. If anything, I am extremely interested to know what you packed, and how did everything work out for you (stuff that you used, stuff that you never did). Keep on keeping on bud, going to check your other videos now.
Hi Ghulam, Thank you so much for your kind words! I'm really glad the video resonated with you! I'll definitely share more about what I packed and how everything worked out in a seperate "how to" video, I'm planing to shoot that and share it with you soon, so please let me know all your questions that I should answer in there. Thanks
This video I can only rate as a masterpiece. The music is beautifully selected and immerses you even more in the atmosphere of this phenomenally beautiful 160 km route. The scenery and your whole road to the base camp is simply marvelous and beautiful. I will save your video to repeat your route! You have created motivation for me to do this route and I will definitely do it. I can't understand why your channel has only 1.5k subscribers, such content is worthy of millions of people. Thank you more for this silent story soaked in the beauty, coolness and freshness of these great mountains.

I really liked this video, especially for the Composition. you showed everything wonderfully with it's peak beauty. Loved that you made it solo and had shot some amazing landscapes of your Journey. It inspires me to take one. Thanks so much
Such an amazing solo trek to Everest Base Camp and the Three Passes! The views look absolutely stunning, and I can only imagine how peaceful it must have been out there alone in the mountains. Crossing those passes must’ve been tough, but totally worth it for the experience. Thanks for sharing this journey - it’s really inspiring!
Really appreciate the level of detail in the video. Can't imagine the amount of time it took to put it together. The lack of narration was perfect. Just natural sounds. Well done. A very cathartic journey for you. :)

Your story telling through words, sounds, images and well planned footage angle is truly inspiring! I enjoyed very much every second of your video. I was wondering how tough it was to decide where to put the tripod, and then to shoot each scene, to go back and forth for every single footage in such weather and challenging places which demand a very good stamina, and the video editing and rendering after, not even to count the time and hardwork you made for this, and all by yourself! Wooaaa... Two thumbs up! It was undeniably awesome! You really have a passion and a strong will to do that! I wish you all the best and great success and I am awaiting for your next videos, Amir! ❤❤❤

I met the same girl on my way to EBC in last April, with her cat (the same cat) , and i took pick of them, what a sweet & gentle little girl. I regret because i was too lazy to take the mini portable printer out from my backpack, i wish i took it out, print her pic and gave it to her.
Thanks for the kind words! She was so gentle. I’d love to return and hear more about their story next time instead of just moving on, carrying a portable printer sound like a cool idea!
I have watched so many videos of this trek and this is by far the best. So beautifully shot, I can only dream of producing something so perfect 👌🏽 I will go and visit the region maybe in 2026, very excited but first I want to prepare my body and bank account! Thanks for sharing your experience and presenting it so peacefully, letting the beauty speak for itself. I’m looking forward to seeing more from your channel, and being inspired by your perfect cinematography. Take care and enjoy your travels!
Beautiful video and thank you for adding names of peaks. I have done the Annapurna Circuit in 2022 and this video reminded me the breathtaking Nepali nature, local people and how peaceful it is. You have done a great job and congratulations on hiking through three passes and reaching EBC.
@@AmirXplores We went there at the beginning of October, but as the monsoon season hadn't finished yet, there were some landslides on the route, so perhaps it might be better to go around mid October. Thanks to the weather, there were not that many people on the trail, but gradually as the weather improved, we would start meeting more hikers. Still there was plenty of room and space for everyone, no queues. Thorong Phedi lodges (4,450) can be quite crowded as it is right before the Thorong La pass (5,416) and then Poon Hill will be super busy at dawn as everyone wants to catch the sunrise and take pictures, but that is expected. :-) If I can recommend, hike the whole circuit, as nature after Jomsom is equally beautiful. We went from Besisahar to Nayapul, in total around 250km, total elevation gain 11,685, total elevation loss 11,358. It can be done in 15 days including 1 day for acclimatization, but I would suggest to take more days, and include e.g. a one day hike to Khicho Ice Lake, close to Manang. I had found out about this place only when we reached our hut and I feel sorry to miss it as we didn't have enough time.
This is video is so beautifully made only shows the thought and effort put behing it 👏 ❤️ As an aspiring climber it makes me exited to summit some cool mountains 🤞🏻

I paus after intro, i am so lost in life at age 47.. Been traveling all my life or since 1998 for a minimum of 6 month/year, 27 countries, it was my life. but last 7 years ive done NOTHING and i mean it when i say it, basicly in one room the whole time. Been 6 times in Nepal and i do look forward to se this video, ive felt a strong something with this guy/intro.. Anyway, it is the most incredible magic feeling you can get on earth when you are up there amongst the clouds and peaks, i need to find that energy in life again.. Find the adventure life can really be.. Mental illness is for real and its my life worst "enemy".. If you get a chance, go for a treek in Nepal or anywhere, it gives you so much.. Bless you all So done watching, one of the best ive seen about trekking in Nepal, you made it as magic as possible for us here at home to watch.. You seems like beautiful soul my friend, take care and enjoy
Man... i cried inside when I read your comment. I'm loss for words... Hi, thank you so much for the kind word! The model of the camera is mentioned in the description.
man.. this is good... many cinematic shot and infography it's soo comfortable for my eyes.
Thanks a buch, glad to you like it!
Awesome . Short and sweet compilation of three passes with EBC. Love it.
Thanks a lot!

Beautiful video and thank you for adding names of peaks. I have done the Annapurna Circuit in 2022 and this video reminded me the breathtaking Nepali nature, local people and how peaceful it is. You have done a great job and congratulations on hiking through three passes and reaching EBC.
My pleasure 😊 How crowded was Annapurna Circuit back in 2022? and which month did you do it?
Thanks for the info and tips! I copied this to refer to later! cheers and have fun in your upcoming trips

Hi Oye, thank you so much for your kind words! Absolutely, go for this adventure-I'm excited for you!
From the bottom of my heart, I wish you find the strength to step outside, take a short backcountry hike, and listen to the sounds of the river, birds, and nature-this can be your therapy. let me know when you do this... or just email me
This is my email amirparva.adv (at) gmail.com feel free to write me anything
@@AmirXplores yes thank you.. your journey with this trek/video touched me very deep.. think i needed it.. Nothing is forever so hopefully I can come out of this bubble soon.. it's been hell to put it nice.. thx again 🙏
I understand, I've strugled with depression during my lifetime, connecting with nature helped me like a therapy, so keep going strong I'm sure you can beat this and get out of your bubble, I might be far away from you but I do care, keep me updated with your healing journey.
