Thanks buddy
How old are you? Great performance
Jon u r uploading others video. It's a risk of copyright issues
thank you for sharing this amazing adventure
National Geographic, Netflix, Discovery, etc. failed to show the actual climbing; the crisp sound of the boots claws grazing the ice, the slow and calculated step and strategy, the endurance that all the brave mountaineers need to summit Everest.
I simply love this Jon. You are amazing!!
Nicely put 👊🏻
Watch 14 peaks its awesome ❤
YASSSS I AGREE HE DID SO GOOD this whole vid is art
Agree, this is the best content I’ve seen so far! So enlightening!
Agreed - very pure and raw...wish this footage can be combined with sadly more commercial audio VO, sound etc. It would be a huge hit on streaming platforms.
i do not know how hard it is to climb a mountain, but to climb Mount Everest one handed and the other hand with a camera to bring us this masterpiece is such bad ass! Thank you Jon
I remember how it felt when i stand on the tip of Mt Everest. The feeling of achievement and I felt that i could overcome anything. There is nothing compared to how much i endured throughout the whole climb. And the next moment, my mom wakes me up for school.
Haha, yeah dreams are good for doing these big mountains...then we all wake up again :)
For all of us who dreamt of being there but will never be, you just allowed us to reach the summit too, and somehow experienced what you work hard for, all the sacrifices, death defying moments, I salute you!!! Thank you for being so generous and sharing this to the world❤ It’s so beautiful, Mount Everest!

Why I was looking for a video like this
Climbing with one hand and filming with the other, but you climb Everest like you're walking through your backyard. And thank you for this video, the cinematography is the best I've seen so far, and the view from the summit is awe-inspiring.
He has youth on his side
Not
Like the crazy people who think they could climb at a later age god bless them
You can get chest straps.
Because the most difficult part of climbing Everest is making the money to finance the trip. ANYONE and I mean ANYONE can climb Everest it’s not a big deal at all. I just wish these asshats would pick up their trash when they’re done.
@@fuckyoutube2172 Fine, you climb it right now.

Probably the best video I have ever watched about an Everest summit climb. I understand so much more about it after this. Thank you.
Glad it was helpful!
As someone who will never make this climb, thank you for taking the viewer along with you! Absolutely beautiful views (ethereal, really). 🙏🏼
You’re very welcome, I’m glad you enjoyed the video 👍

This video is worth more than a million dollars. It’s impossible to replicate what you have been able to provide the viewer: an experience that feels genuine, natural, peaceful yet motivating. I visualised myself right beside you, all along, throughout your journey. It’s unbelievable how far technology has come. Besides that, I noticed you were optimistic and excited throughout your journey. You countered the cold with tea, with noodle soup. I guess this is what true belief and faith feels like. You are a leader and a winner. I salute your triumph. God bless!
Thank you for your lovely comment, I’m glad you enjoyed the video ☺️

@@Industrious420 have you climbed Everest?
@@dougberry1011 have you? Sure as hell not without the help of a small army of sherpas. 100-200 of them.
With the increasing commercialisation of climbing mountains like Everest, what a treat and privilege it must have been to stand at the summit, alone, even just for a few minutes. Thank you so much, @Jon, for sharing this with your viewers.
38:08 what a magnificient view, this has to feel so amazing, like something worthy to die after
Dudes climbing Everest holding a selfie stick in one hand and hanging on to lifelines with the other! Well done and thank you for bringing us along this expedition. I'm 65, out of shape, and poor! Climbing Everest is something I'll never be able to do, so this is wonderful for people like me! Thank you brother!
You are very welcome, thanks for coming along for the journey!
I've been bingeing Everest videos lately but this is the first one I've seen that's simply someone climbing. Very interesting to see. Glad all went well for you.

@@JonGupta Where is everyone?? It appears you are climbing alone no Sherpa or guide with you? 🤷♀️
11:13 he just scaled a steep path as if he's on a daily stroll!👏🙌
Did you meet the bodies of other climbers up there
This is one of the most realistic, authentic video I have seen about Everest. It was very relaxing & not stress to watch. Kudos to the climber who filmed this and the sherpas who tie those ropes. I am amazed at how strong the ropes are considering the amount people passing by.
Glad you enjoyed watch it. The ropes occasionally get replaced as and when required, and the anchors too 👍
Authentic, except you don’t show the garbage, filth, or corpses you had to pass along the way.
@@jjhammond1 Everyone already knows about that, and obviously he wasn't going to show the dead bodies
Unbelievable video, the best I have seen on Everest. It is rare to see anything from Camp 4 to the summit. Very few understand the level of effort involved in taking video while climbing at such altitudes - it is mentally and physically draining. Congratulations on the summit and allowing us to vicariously tag along. Well done
Thanks Greg! Glad you enjoyed watching the video. I really enjoyed trying to capture the climb whilst being on the mountain. K2 video is going up very soon too…same style!
Every second of this 40:34 minutes journey, I felt like I am part of it. Thank you mate for this experience.
You’re welcome Shivam
This video deserves billion views. Huge respect for the climbers
Easily the best Everest walkthrough I've seen 👏 You've shown us some angles that provide an excellent perspective in some sections like the Lhotse Face and the ridge above the Hillary Step.
Thanks very much! I’m glad you enjoyed the videos…more coming soon from K2, Ama Dablam, Manalsu & Kanchenjunga!

I think I watched all Everest's video summit on RUclips.
Thank you Jon, and as said by Alberto : it's the best Everest walkthrough I've seen lately.
You made it look like it just a walk-in-the-park. Awesome content ! Awesome 360 quality cam ! The sound is even just fine.
Lord you made this look “easy”. I know lots of years of physical, emotional, and mental training went into this, I had for a BRIEF moment thought to climb Mt Everest. It’s absolutely breathtaking. Thank you for your hard work!

You are so inspiring.....my legs and feet have been hurting because of back issues...but i watch you walk, one foot in front of the other..we live in the mountains...and you make me want to jump up and run up a trail...😊😊
The most enjoyable, authentic feeling, and incredible Everest video I've ever watched. No exaggerated drama or dramatic music, no distracting or self-aggrandizing stories, just real and beautifully clear and spectacular film of the climbing, topped off by the most amazing summit views while briefly alone👍
The best video I have seen about the trail and various locations on the climb to the summit of Everest ! Hands down, realistic climbing times between camps!
No bravado, no fake drama, and best of all no extrainious adjectives describing the climb!?
Well worth the watch!

Awesome feedback - thanks very much, I’m glad you enjoyed it so much!
I met a guy when i studied in nepal named tengrath sherpa, he summited everest in 2004 and he used to tell me what a behemoth of a mountain it is and it feels like being in a different planet at that altitude and it all feels like a dream but a very dangerous dream in which u have to stay awake and mind every step you take, slight slip would send you down the mountaing into the roaring abyss of the long spread himalayas.the main objective was not only reaching the summit but getting the heck down, after the tiring climb to the top and thats when the clock starts to tick lying ahead unpredictable weather, fear of avalanches, your body is shutting down slowly and u see slopes and icefalls u have to traverse through the body criea for help after spending time at the death zone where oxygen is depeleted making your brain go awry. To get down and go back home and recoup your body and the thought of the times that were spent in the mountain inspite of the hardwork it took to finally reach the top and see the curvature earth and the entire himalayas to sudden realization that you are at the top of the world, This feeling will forever be haunting me to see the view that only few people in this world has seen is something else.
