Wow! at last i was able to see this video going to Everest Base Camp. This is really my dream, to reach the base camp so i can have a full glimpse of the peak of Mr. Everest. Thank you so much. Much love. God bless you both!!!
You can’t actually see Everest from Everest Base Camp! However you can see it many times on the hike up (first glimpse about an hour before Namche). The best close views (unless you are an actual mountaineer) are from Kala Patar the peak nearest to Gorak Shep. Lots of trekkers climb this at sunrise or sunset for epic views. Finally, it could be argued that for trekkers the absolute best views of Everest are from further away - Gokyo Ri or Renjo La. From these view points Everest actually looks the highest peak whereas from other, closer viewpoints, other nearer (but smaller) peaks look taller.
Watching your vlog makes me nostalgic. I did the EBC trek in Dec 2108 too. I still can't believe I did that. I wanna go back again after seeing your vide. Great feat guys!! Bravo!!

Its just hard to take off for 15 days from work......my poor! no job is more important that free time to be alive!! but i know,in our modern society, money, money, money :it's just amazing alienation!
The Everest base camp trek is my number one bucket list item. I'm not even close to being in good enough shape to do it right now but I want to do it someday soon. .
Thats a beautiful video. And i advice you all to go in a group with complete itinerary becoz the guide and the travel agency can completely make your journey different and memorable. However, try to find better travel agent. I know, we need to be economic but this is once in a lifetime journey and the price you pay can't be compare to priceless view of everest. And the whole economy of country rely on the tourism heavily. Don't just make it adventure, be a part of that community, culture and their survival.
All Yours we made our entire journey part of the economy and gave back to the local community in countless ways - but still do not need to hire a guide or go with a group. Being alone on those trails is absolute magic and I wouldn’t want to do it with strangers or as part of a group.
I don't know man, being part of a group is really different from being alone, and not always in a good way. My girlfriend and I did this trek alone too, in April, so we met lot's of group, and the guide we talked to were most of the time useless. Sometimes we even knew the area better than some guides lol... This region is really trekkers friendly, if you've done enough research on altitude sickness and know how to do with it, a guide is completely useless. And paying a guide is not paying the community, most of the money goes to Katmandu business...
I also visited there and had an incredible experience. I joined the Orange Jacket Adventure team, and they made my trip a memorable one. I miss those moments after seeing your vlog. I'm planning to visit there again.

i recently just completed the hampta pass trek in india at just 15 year olds with a school group. we were able to reach around 4,014m and it was simply amazing. you guys should defiantly try this as it was my highlight of this trip and the view at the top is breath taking!!!!
Amazing Eva, congrats!
Just like to say thanks to you guys I discovered this was even a thing!...Since then I was lucky enough to get to EBC in Feb this year :D before the virus put my country into lockdown. Thanks again guys for showing me this exists and to chase new dreams! :D
Wow! at last i was able to see this video going to Everest Base Camp. This is really my dream, to reach the base camp so i can have a full glimpse of the peak of Mr. Everest. Thank you so much. Much love. God bless you both!!!
You can do it! You can do it!
@@dcaudwell Gokyo view was the most spectacular from my perspective too.
Anyway, the whole Khumbu region is freaking awesome !
This is definitely the best time for everest base camp hike.
No one:
Dude in video: YAK ATTACK!!
and...?
@@WhatDoesntSuck And yak attack
Yak attack😂
Again yak attack
Ive done the trip two years earlier. So cool!! Respect for carrying the bagage yourself
Awesome - booyah!
you are again welcome in nepal
Watching your vlog makes me nostalgic. I did the EBC trek in Dec 2108 too. I still can't believe I did that. I wanna go back again after seeing your vide. Great feat guys!! Bravo!!
Congrats Rabin! How amazing was that weather?! What was the toughest section for you? We struggled a lot on Day 7, the Dingboche to Luboche section.
I also did this walk in December 2018, as part of a school trip. I wonder if we crossed paths. What a wonderful time of year and such stunning views!
@@WhatDoesntSuck
For me the toughest was reaching atop Kalapatthatr. I still remember the time I got back to the tea house and couldn't even eat because of exhaustion.
@@isaacderaadt
Mine was from 3 to 14 Dec. Maybe our paths did cross. 😁😁 When did you do it ?
@@rabinrai3325 My group hiked from the 4th - 18th of December. We summited Kala Patthar on the 13th, and reached EBC on the 14th.
One of the most thrilling videos I have seen on EBC trek. Great narration, superb videography and your great sense of humor has added to the real experience here.
Waiting for years to see the beauty of Mount everest. Its just hard to take off for 15 days from work. But i will go there ONE DAY
Its just hard to take off for 15 days from work......my poor! no job is more important that
free time to be alive!!
but i know,in our modern society, money, money, money :it's just amazing alienation!
I literally watched the whole video.. now its in my bucket list fellas.. thanks for inspiring me.. love ya both
This just reminded my trek to the EBC. Waiting to go there again Soon. ❤️
Awesome! We can't wait to go back either!
Hi guys, congrats...
I was there on 9th December 2018 to 22nd December 2018 for Everest Base Camp Trek.
Amazing experience...😍😍😍
Awesome! We must have passed by you on our way back down to Lukla!
You two are very funny! Thanks for making such a great video and taking the time to film your journey. :-)
Aww, thanks so much! Just hoping to inspire people to do the same, whatever the challenge may be :)
Amazing treaking...Loved it..are u ever coming nepal Again ??..
What advice would you give to someone planning to go for the first time?
I'm really interested in the cultural and historical aspects of the Everest Base Camp trek. Did they provide insights on local culture or history?
Oh...guys, you made my evening so great ! You took me to the EBC too. I cried with the joy and beauty of the Himalays of Nepal.Looking forward to go there (heaven on earth) before I die.
Again, thank you so much for the beautiful vlog.God bless you two both beautiful loves.💓
Namaste ! 🇳🇵😍
Very impressed that you carried all of your own gear. Some of the commercial groups have pack animals carry part of the load.
Ugh, made us sick! If I can carry my fat ass up to basecamp I can certainly do it with all my own things on my back - no excuses!
my country my pride but I have never been there and you guys are made it .. nice places nice track ..one day love to be there to the entrance of heaven
