I have a demonic grey with black roof, hood and deck lid. thank you for these numbers. has anyone done a break down of how many of the certain colors have the black paint options? and also how many of each color came with which interior package options? I know mine is 1 of 264 or 240 US, but based on only 800 US done in the 3 black panels, mine is rarer than that. Also I live in the Denver area and the second of two cars to come from my dealer was octane red. I have seen a Plum crazy, Indigo blue, a white and 2 red ones, all driving on the road. I'm guessing the tor red. I also have an automatic 2015 white Hellcat and a 2010 SRT 6 speed which is currently at 8600 miles, had 3400 when I bought it. Love the fact that guys aren't putting all of the demons in storage and are actually enjoying them. Again thankyou for the info.

Is there a way to see how many Demons went to each state? I havent seen any in NY
So far I’ve seen 4 Demons, 2 in TorRed with one having a matte hood and the other not having a matte hood, 1 in White Knuckle with a matte hood, and then 1 in Yellow Jacket with the matte hood, roof, and trunk

dasllamas I disagree about the Redeye being a better option. It doesn’t even touch the Demon in performance or collectibility.
I am new to this channel and I am wondering if you do production numbers for other car makers? I would like to know production numbers for STi’s. If you don’t, could you do the production numbers for the 2009 Challenger SRT8? My understanding is that black was the most produced color that year. I am also curious on how many had manual transmissions.
Hey man I’ve done 2 other videos which might interest you. 1 was looking at all SRT8 models for 2005-2010. So the 09 challenger stuff would be in there - “How Rare Are Mopar SRT8s Part 1”. I also did one on the rare and limited edition colors produced over the years, which covers production numbers by rarest colors “2008-2017 Rare Dodge Challenger Limited Edition Paint & Model List”. Links don’t work in comments unfortunately lol, and thanks for the other suggestions will look at doing something like that in the future!

I have not seen one in person, but I'd love to have one in B5 Blue with the black hood. BTW what about the Demon Crate? Was that an actual option or was that just a list of the $1 options?
Haha knew someone would notice, I noticed myself after the vid was up. Everything on screen is the most accurate, I did the voiceover first then found some slight updates so that’s in the visuals.
Yeah B5 is an awesome color! The crate was a $1 option but couldn’t find how many people ordered it unfortunately :(
Marspeed I know of a RUclipsr, who goes by SRTMUSH, that ordered his with the Demon Crate, so you have at least one person with one.
Would be interesting to see if anyone didn't get a crate. Would be kind of odd not to, for only a dollar! Especially since you just got on the very limited list of receiving the fastest production car ever made, and that option adds 20 more horsepower and racing wheels! I am sure there are a couple out there though, for rarity and resale value only I am sure.

It would be cool if you could break down production numbers of the 2020 Challenger 1320. I believe there were aprox 412 built, mine is a one of one as equipped per dodge customer care.
You forgot the final Demon which was painted in FCA color "Viper Red" 1/1 - originally it was painted Pitch Black, but was actually shipped to be factory repainted

I added dual black racing stripes to my Demon and I think it enhances the look much better. I have a video of it on my channel. I don't understand why Dodge didn't offer stripes for the Demon while they offered it for the Hellcat?
We still have an repurchased B5 blue/automatic at a local dealership. Guess the price is a little too high.
Nice video buddy! I ordered mine completely maxed out. I mean I checked everything on that orders sheet. Mine is a redline red with the full black graphics leather interior in full front and back carpets heated/cooling package the hardon kardon speakers red seatbelts sunroof. The only thing I left out is the engine heating unit thing. I found out later about the demonic red interior after I ordered my car which I kinda regretted not ordering but since u said they don’t come in redline red I feel better about it but I’m not sure that’s accurate because I’ve seen a go mango with that demonic red interior?? Live in Ontario and so far I've seen 2 demons. One F8 Green and one pitch black. I'm surprised white knuckle was as high as it was since I own a white Challenger and rarely ever see any other ones.

Haha yeah, I’d a fully loaded Maximum Steel would be super rare
The Max Steel cars and any of the colors that have a prohibited interior combo (Demonic Red with a bright exterior color which required special rule overrides within Dodge)
I knew Maximum Steel would e the least ordered, so it's the rarest color! Those will catch a higher price in the future.

Just Reminder, There's Few Demon has being shipped to Australia, 2 of the Demon's (Both Red Paint and One of them with Black Hood) Are Being Converted to RHD.

The video is accurate -- this was not a "legal" combo according to the Demon's ordering rules. A normal customer was not allowed to walk into a dealer and just order one. However, there are a very few in most exterior colors that got this type of combo. The story of each one is different. Some people knew dealers with connections, some people had connections to someone at Dodge (Doug's video car was owned by an editor at Kelley Blue Book), some people caught glitches in the ordering system. In any event, all of these cars had to be approved by Dodge. So they are factory originals yet unique.
They did offer red seats with B5 blue exterior. Very rare.
There are only 2 of these cars in existence and both are 1-of-1 factory option combos -- they could not be ordered this way by a typical customer.

Of course the pitch black is the most popular color because it’s the best color, until you have to wash it lol. I didn’t know the Indigo Blue was so rare. The first Demon I seen was in that color.

I have a Tor Red with red leather. There are 40 Demons with restricted ext colors that were ordered with red leather.
Marspeed indigo blue can be had with red interior, its the only blue
That's a negative. While there are a few indigo with red leather, it was not a factory option.

What was actually wrong in the video is the suggestion there were more than 3,300. In addition to the 3 destroyed in a shipping truck fire, there were several others that had issues in production and were cancelled; the VIN numbers could not be reused, but they did not add up to more than 3,300 real cars made.
There are also a bunch of preproduction cars in circulation but they can't be registered by a normal person or at least don't have actual sequenced Demon VIN numbers.
The 2020 1320 is the most rare.
I think the rarest demon is Sublime Green, because none were made!

Why do you call the rarest colors the least popular choices? It sounds like your putting them in the negative. I have the second rarest color, granite crystal, one of only eighty seven produced and what your are not taken into account, is that many were ordered by the dealer and they made the color choice when ordering. I was not lucky enough to get it at sticker price and found out that many dealers we asking almost twice the markup on that color over the others due to it's rarity. Besides, the Demon really looks menacing in that color and the bright and cheery colors on that particular hot rod just don't fit the bill. Just saying... AKA DRAG CITY

Tbh getting the rear seats on this car is a waste, unless you really don’t give a shit and don’t race.
The seats are crazy easy to remove. The bottom bench simply unclips by pulling it upward and is very light. You flip down the seat backs (they do this from the factory on all Challengers), remove 2 bolts on each side, and can move the back out in 40/60% pieces. I have done this a few times and it takes about 5-7 minutes plus getting your normal socket wrench out haha. The only weight you then have is the two shoulder belts which would be more work -- however, combined that's about 4-5 pounds? They also sell the Demon's rear-seat delete kit if you want the panel to replace the seat.
To me it would be crazy NOT to order the $1 seats and simply leave them out if you don't want them.
