I used to listen to it in my childhood (early 90s) and somehow it just came back to my memory now

And by pure coincidence I’ve found it hahahahahaaaaa and almost had a tear in my eyes.

Tengo una historia especial con esta canción. Soy de 1992. La escuché algunas veces en radios peruanas a fines de los 90. Luego la volví a escuchar a mediados del 2004 y no la oí más. No sabía quién la cantaba ni el nombre de la canción. Me pasé años, años buscando esta canción, escuchaba a muchos cantantes (con voz similar) y sus álbumes, pero no lo encontraba.
Como no tenía rastro de esta canción, incluso llegué a pensar que era producto de mi imaginación o fue un sueño, hasta que en diciembre del 2014 un tío me dice: "Aldo, encontré la canción de Santana que estaba buscando y no lo encontraba porque no recordaba el nombre". Yo dije: "Cuál es?". Era Say it again. Jamás pensé que era de Santana. Ese día sentí que había encontrado algo importante de mi niñez.
Hermano a mi me pasó algo similar. Extraordinario pora los dos.😁♥️
A mi también me pasó lo mismo. Llegué a pensar que el vocalista era el mismo que canta la canción de la película "Volver al Futuro", pero no fue así. Un gran tema que lastimosamente no fue muy difundido. Saludos
Hola ! En qué radio escuchaste esa canción? Yo tengo la impresión de que la escuché en canal 33 por esa época, año 99, cuando Santana se volvió a poner de moda por Smooth y el disco Súper natural. . De hecho está canción es lo más 80 ero que tiene Santana y no recuerdo haberla escuchado a fines de los 90
@@fernandopinzasramos3181 Sí, en el canal 33 lo escuché pero por los años 98, 99. La última vez que lo escuché fue una mañana de un día laborable del 2004. Debió ser setiembre mientras jugaba Twisted Metal en mi cuarto, ya que no fui al colegio porque estaba enfermo. Fue en Radio Z. Por esos años Z era la que menos repetía y solía poner canciones poco conocidas, ya luego se volvió super repetitiva como Oxígeno.
Yo la escuche en la radio en mi niñez cuando salió en los 80s. Soy un arqueólogo musical de esa decada 80ra maravillosa, vivo buscando canciones que sonaron en ese tiempo y que las radios retro no ponen. Un día viendo un video de resúmenes salió este tema que no recordaba que habia escuchado pero ni bien sonó me transportó a mi primaria, sentí que era el tema que siempre estuve buscando sin saberlo para completar mi colección de hits poco conocidos de los 80s que escuché en mi niñez.
Desde Lima Perú, un saludo a todos y que gran canción del año 85 cuando terminaba el colegio y hasta hoy me hace retroceder a esa hermosa década. De toda la calidad de sus composiciones, ésta me marcó y que gran voz de Greg Walker. Abrazos a todos

Most people don't like 80s Santana, but I just love some of the hits from that era. This song and especially the singles off Zebop! and Shango usually rock and are ultra catchy.

Totally agree. I have been an avid listener of Santana through the early 70’s to the present. The Greg Walker and Alex Ligertwood years were not considered commercially successful but for me they yielded some great songs and performances. Post this era I rate the Sacred Fire band the best just behind the first three album line up. Great band , great tunes , stood the test of time.
