  • This kriya is exceptional for smokers or people with any lung deficiency. It increases the flow of prana through the lung meridian, helps to detoxify the lungs, opens the heart and increases the strength of the electro-magnetic field. This series was taught as part of the Beyond Addiction: The Yogic Path to Recovery course in Vancouver, B.C., in Feb. 2012.

    This has helped me so much after open heart surgery 33 years ago. Didn't even realize how tight the front and back of my body was because I couldn't take deep breaths, but now I can and the tension melts away. Thank you with all my gratitude 🙏

    Day 14 I am doing them at three speeds: 1. fast as shown, 2. slow as in Tai Chi, 3. Slower as in meditation... it is making a difference! One more week to go!

    Day 7 it's wonderful doing them as instructed them really slowly paying attention to the subtlest sensations

    I'd really love to watch "Hemisphere Adjustment and Subconscious Memory Elimination" but it seems to not be available in any country, even the one it was made in... strange

    and also, in the manual says "grab your shins" in the Spine Flex, and in the video they've taught it with hand on knees... thanks!

      Dani Fuenzalida there are several different versions of spinal flex that work the different areas of the spine.
      When you grab the ankles it is for gaining mobility in the lower area of the spine.
      When you brag your knees I. Easy pose you are working more the lower mid to mid part of your soon.
      When you are in rock pose and doing spinal flex with your hands locked on your thighs above your knees, you are working more the upper spine.

    Interesting how at the beginning in the shape of the O the mouth makes and with the inhalations with the rising and fallings of the whistle you'll hear the distinct sounds of being on (or getting off) of a very intense ride (for example roller coaster) i.e pushing through perceived fear

    sat nam! I'm a KY teacher in training and I was wondering if there is any difference in the first exercise in the mudra? My manual says PALM TOGETHER and here in this class, they teach it differently: index finger together only.
    Any difference?

    1) Sit in easy pose. Stretch the arms straight up overhead with palms together. *Arch the spine as far up and back as possible*.
