Normaly i can keep my respiration around 2 minutes but after the 2 sets of 21 inhaling when i am tryn to keep it i feel like my head is about to explode. Is that ok? Thx

Try it yourself. Why are you making it so complicated. Probably if you go to thr McDonald's or eat chips you don't question if it's good but when there's a scientific treatment that works for everybofy then suddenly you have to search it up. Just do it. Very simple
This will have its own benefits. However, during Covid and afterwards, doctors are advising a simoke method . Sit on a chair touching your legs on the floor...take the breath and just hold it for a while...may be five seconds or less you can as a beginner and release the air ...not through the nose but through your mouth....through the centre only...like how you do the mouth whistling. A simple procedure....do it for five times...relax and do for few more 5 times packages...may be 3 to 5 time lot.
