    Ths is absolutely true.. im online trainer. Whenever I sat for classes after doing sugakriya I could hear my clear voice on recording
    If I sit for online classes without doing any basic practice. My mind will be running like anything apparently my voice will jumble between words. I have enough recording for ths

    Indeed sir, there are ones among us that dress up in orange, grow a beard, slap on a bindi and then think they're a guru of some sort. They're the ones most in need of psychiatric rehabilitation.
