Matt has always been the ignorant one and Megha the smarter one. At least she tries to look up statistics. I remember Matt did a video that apple cider vinegar had no health benefits and I wrote he was wrong and he wrote back "send me the studies" like he can't do any research on his own. A year later he did a video on the benefits of ACV.

Depends on your definition of smart. I lived in a college town for 35 years. I've known Ph.D.s that couldn't think themselves out of a wet paper bag unless it had to do with their specialty. I've known people who are high school dropouts that knew how to fix just about anything and could easily learn to fix new things. There are plenty of totally stupid people living in the North East and it's kind of insulting to assume an entire section of the country is stupid because they have a different way of life. Not everyone who goes to an ivory league college actually lives there for the rest of their lives so having a college doesn't make an area "smart". I'm sure you both took classes from professors you thought were pretty stupid.

Your question on what is the dumbest "state" and the smartest state was offensive. You group everyone together and label them stupid/smart based on where they live??? And then you ask your subs to offend people as well. You stereotype New Yorkers and many others. Your children hear this and think this is ok. What is your channel about now? It's not Keto, is about simple meals to feed children? Is it about leaving Keto? Is it a book review channel? Is it about raising children on social media?
You really need to get a life & an actual hobby.

I've been watching you guys since almost the beginning and I still enjoy your show but...I'm really disappointed in your comments about "dumb" states. You must realize every state has a mixture of smart, dumb and in the middle. Making these comments , which you have a right to your opinion , but I don't believe it was a very smart or nice topic.
There's just about no more personality left in either of their voices anymore. Either diet, or kids, or RUclips, but possibly all 3, drained them of their energy. And why not sit together as a family at the Dinner table? Do better! Not for RUclips. For the kids. Eat as a family. This channel should be renamed Keto Unkempt.
I don't think their children should be on RUclips because they cannot consent. What about when they get older and the other children see Theo picking his nose and eating it, won't he get teased???

Matt, you have like no energy anymore. Megha, glad you’re up and about, but you’re sick with a cold. Did you ever get a cold on keto? I don’t think keto is right for you because of your kidney problem, but please stop the foods with chemicals, and the nonstick pans. Did you know that pet birds have died when exposed to the fumes coming off those pans? You certainly shouldn’t ever use them on high heat.

High oxalate foods wreak havoc on the kidneys. Main culprits are spinach, almonds, beetroot, root veggies, turmeric.

The kids trays are so cute. You should set them at their little table. It’s so much easier for cleanup last mass for mom and dad. That is funny. Dads should make mom’s laugh.:)

If you have kidney disease, yes protein should be limited.
@@stephanied14 Megha does have decreased kidney function. It was caused by the 90 kidney stones she had to have removed. That’s why they stopped keto a year ago.
