    Fantastic job! Very clear and well explained with some great samples. I loved seeing the manual. It looks very well written and user friendly with clear definitions and samples on how to use the various effects. Hmm, this video definitely has me considering this unit. Thanks for the demo!

    Amazing review my man! I already have a SansAmp RPM in my studio, I'm thinking about getting a Fly Rig to feed a Crown power-amp and 2 Ampeg 4X10 and I think it would be a pretty good fit

      Thanks! I agree, the Fly Rig into that rig will sound wicked!

    Good fun Roman! Thanks bubba. Always liked their sans Amp bass driver from years ago. What are your headphones?

      @@RomanRiccio I'll have to check them out when L&M is open again. Thanks Roman. Just hangin' in, practicing my Travis Picking & waiting for the world to open for business again. Be well & be safe my friend.

    Great Video! I have a seriously Question, is the bass fly rig preamp similar to the sansamp bass driver pedal? I thought the sound must be the same but i can guess so

      Thanks Jon! I don't know if it sounds exactly the same, but I imagine that it's going to be pretty similar.

      I believe the preamp is the same as the VTBass DI.

    On this video the sound is clear, but my BFR unit has so much hiss when I turn on high pot or press compressor section on. Does anybody has the same issue?

    • @RomanRiccio
      @RomanRiccio  2 года назад

      I wonder if you have noisy pick-ups or some other kind of issue with the electronics on your bass? It's also possible that there is something wrong with your BFR. Have you tested it with different basses?

    • @jugl7324
      @jugl7324 2 года назад +1

      @@RomanRiccio It is definitely the unit itself, not bass guitar. The hiss is present even when the volume on guitar is completely off.

      @@jugl7324 Other than maybe a gain staging or connector issue with your setup, there could be something wrong with the unit. Do you have a local music store with a repair shop you could take it to?

      @@RomanRiccio Unfortunately, I cannot bring it up to a music store a the moment. But, it looks like it is something wrong with the unit. I will have to check it out somehow...

      I’m sure your have done this ..but…. Check that the headphone button is out when using the 1/4 inch output to your amp or PA. Hope this helps.

    the tracking on the octave is horrible! other than that it's a cool little system.
