@@nespresso Ha ha... you can "reach out" to them only to find that they are completely useless at helping you as they have little knowledge of the machine and no parts. All they want to do is try to sign you up for a pod subscription and sell you a new unit. After years of my loyalty to Nespresso, I will try another brand to replace it.
