    The buttons lost contact after 15 years and now pressing both with the same extreme strength is really difficult. It took ages to get them blinking in descaling mode.

    Nespresso: This film applies to the Nespresso Essenza Automatic, and NOT the Nespresso Essenza, as suggested in the title and the contents of the film. The Nespresso Essenza is a manual model that features only one coffee button on the front of the machine.

      I have the manual version of this machine. Any idea what I need to do to get it into descale mode?

      @@richardwilkinson77 Have a look at page seven on www.nespresso.com/fileadmin/shared/_img/manuals/AT_Essenza_Manuell_C_Range_en.pdf . Does this fit your machine? Unfortunately, mine broke three years ago and I'm on another machine now.

      @@wilhelmdamsleth1245 Yes that works thanks. I was trying to do this with the power switched on and and pressing the two buttons simultaneously just switched it off! Mine is a C91 and still going after 14 years!

    Bardzo dziękuję za pomoc i mam jeszcze jedną prośbę:
    Czy mogłabyś powoli i krok po kroku pokazać jak wyjąć zużytą kapsułkę z wnętrza mojego INISSIA a potem z powrotem poskładać plastykowe części .
    Są 3 elementy i nie mogę sobie z tym poradzić
    Pomożesz?

    My Nespresso Essenza machine is almost identical to the one in the video (while I don't have the ON/OFF switch on the side). The two buttons are working the same way I see in the video. However, my problem is that I have LOT of water dropping into the interior, filling the bottom black plastic part. After a single cycle, I have so much water in the bottom part that it starts to wet my table, a lot! Is this normal? Do you also have all this water coming from the bottom part? Of course, the machine is working with no capsules inside.

    Mam problem myślałam że przed użyciem mojego INISSIA należy go rozłożyć i umyć
    Teraz nie potrafię złożyć
    Proszę podpowiedz jak to zrobić od samego dołu krok po kroku

    "descaling solution" instead you can use citric acid, mix two table spoons in water and you will have a cheap "descaling solution" with the SAME effect....

    Mi Essenza funciona erraticamente y solamente cuando ella quiere. ,falla intermitente !! Lástima no es confiable y por ser 110 volts, en Argentina me dicen que no se arregla , que tengo que comprar una máquina nueva, y es Nueva y tiene realmente muy poco uso !!

    Es patético que este vídeo sea el que se ve desde la web en Español de Nespresso. ¿De verdad tanto cuesta pagar unos subtítulos o un doblaje?
