If machine is off, prepare descaling fluid and catch tray first, then switch machine on and attach the descaling nozzle. This ensures the machine enters descaling mode before you press the espresso button.
You need to plug the descaling pipe AFTER you turn on the machine otherwise, the descaling mode does not start. I don't know who is preparing your videos but if you have such prevention function on the machine, you need to address it properly.
Although the descale light was on i had both espresso and lungo lights on. I had to take the descaling nozzle out and put it back a couple of times to get the descale mode to function (ie: just the espresso light on)

We use it for about three people everyday in the morning. The taste and quick brew is one of the reasons we like it so much. There are so many choices of brands of coffee that we would grab what was on sale and test the different brands from there. I would definitely recommend trying different brands of coffee to find the ones you like the most because there are brands that quite frankly taste horrible.
I have the espresso lattiso one. I had it set up but tried pushing the espresso button and it would not work. I just read that after you attached the foam gizmo to put it into scaling mode you push the cappuccino button to start the process
Water comes out from both nozzles but it was quite slow.. the water flows a bit and then stops and the cycle repeats.. no wonder it’s a 20 minute process😅

Are you sure you were in the potable water descaling phase and not the butane accelerant, napalm airstrike phase? Personally, I think it's a design mistake to have the buttons so close together.

I’ve descaled my machine five times the last three days, I just cannot get the scaler to return to normal mode i.e. leaving the descaling mode. I’m at my wits end with this machine. It makes Wounderful coffee but descaling is always a problem.
As I’ve got no response, I called the helpline number and got a very efficient helpful young lady who sold my problem. If you can only get to a person to talk to the problem seems to evaporate. Talking to computers is time consuming any efficient and never gets a good result.
Mine didn’t. So I took the rescaling nozzle out and put it in again and the amber light started blinking as shown in the video and I was able to start the process.

@@nespresso Czech Republic. The alert lights on my machine are set differently than in this vid, the descaling alert is on top, the cleaning alert on the bottom. They both only ever blink, they never shine steadily. ETA: Also, when I start descaling, the espresso button shines. But when I need to start the rinsing afterwards, the lungo button shines.

Hello. my coffee machine stopped making coffee with milk. when I press the latte button, machine first thinks for a long time, and then all the buttons start flashing. There's an error in this video : when the first part ends, it is the lungo light that shines, not the expresso light...
I think yours is a different model, check the newer video it says the lungo button

Please, what ever you, do make sure you use portable water like it says. I used immovable water and it broke my machine

"Potable", which means suitable for drinking.

"When the water tank runs empty, the espresso button shines" - not true, still blinking.

@@nespresso Czech Republic. The alert lights on my machine are set differently than in this vid, the descaling alert is on top, the cleaning alert on the bottom. They both only ever blink, they never shine steadily.
ETA: Also, when I start descaling, the espresso button shines. But when I need to start the rinsing afterwards, the lungo button shines.

Hello. my coffee machine stopped making coffee with milk. when I press the latte button, machine first thinks for a long time, and then all the buttons start flashing.
