I also tried to create another Incoming Stream with same info and it says "can't create identical streams, the other is still in use".
Weird I have done all the steps and now on youtube I am getting an audio render error when watching videos it says i must restart my pc. Im confused!!!
Since you’re using a wireless headset I imagine they aren’t plugging into your mixer, then your mixer would only be your microphone source not your headphone source
I did setup Voicemeeter to send Mic input to my gaming PC and it just didn't work, which is why I found your video in the first place... I would never have figured it out without you: it was the Stream Name that had to be the same on both PCs. Got everything else right, but I never expected this to play a password-like role. You just saved me from buying a second highquality mic. THANK YOU! :D

Dude all of my questions are answered by your tutorials. But I have a little problem right now. I have external mic connected to my STREAMING LAPTOP. And its not showing on my recording devices on my streaming laptop. So can I plug my external mic to my gaming pc to my streaming pc? Via voicemeeter? I really love the idea of plugging in my headset to streaming pc and monitor output it because no delay. Rather than using voiceemeter
The only problem with Type 2 is that all the loud white noise from your mixer and all it's channels is now feed into your direct monitor output where as plugging an XLR mic directly in is near silent. This is a good solution for those who can afford a $1000 mixer, but for those of us who can only afford a $120 dollar one, this is a NO GO.

So in this instance, adding music/zoom/multiple monitors etc all diminishes the point of a dual pc set up. Not to mention if you do hdmi passthrough set up method you literally need to have the streaming pc on to use the gaming pc, as hdmi passthrough wont work without the elgato being powered.
