    It's amazing the way you really make them learn and internalize concepts from the very start even in the warmup and games. Incredible work.

      @@ElijahStender honestly, not really. I’m big on finding alternatives to train on your own but this one may be tough if not impossible

    what would you say is the most efficient build for a guard because i used to be bigger around 87-88kg but now im around 80 and an faster and more agile now having a standing 34inch vert, so i just wanna know what you think the ideal body type is for a guard at 6’2

    • @godwinuwaeme3472
      @godwinuwaeme3472 Год назад +6

      There is no ideal, just hoop

    • @isaacasamoa927

      The most ideal is based on your play style and team style imo.

      an ideal body type is entirely dependent on your playstyle

    Yo bro, can you make a video on how to score against 2-3 zone "individually"? Like using pick and rolls or ISOs?

    • @ByAnyMeansBasketball
      @ByAnyMeansBasketball  Год назад +8

      That’ll be a pretty short video with me explaining how difficult it’d be to score on a 2-3 with ISO’s and PnR 😂

    • @asapandre3272
      @asapandre3272 Год назад +5

      Those are the 2 worse strategies to use vs 2-3. However beating your defender of the dribble and getting to the paint will create scoring for others once the defense collapses. Easier to achieve this with ball movement and passing to the high post.

    • @Big3DREAMER
      @Big3DREAMER Год назад +1

      Wanna beat a 2-3 zone? Best way is to move that rock around, but individually? get that jumper right, 2-3 zones will always have holes on the perimeter for shooters to get their shot off. After you hit a few, coach will tell their players to close out harder on you, before they inevitably make the switch from a 2-3, when they start closing out hard on you, use that pump fake get in the middle and now you have endless options, if they collapse, dish it out for an open shot, if they dont, then midrange/ floater all day. Once you get past that first defender, now you’re playing 5-4, just make the right read and the game is gravy
