You are absolutely right and I would agree and approve every word in your comment,I been watching for years videos of great trainers like DJ Sackman,Tyler Relph,Delson training and recently Keith Poitier no disrespect to any of those coaches but by any means basketball give the audience free lessons and tips every time with a clear explanation on every move, pass or shot ,congratulations Sir hope someday I can bring my 11 year old daughter to practice with such a talented, dedicated and hard work Coach.

what would you say is the most efficient build for a guard because i used to be bigger around 87-88kg but now im around 80 and an faster and more agile now having a standing 34inch vert, so i just wanna know what you think the ideal body type is for a guard at 6’2
Those are the 2 worse strategies to use vs 2-3. However beating your defender of the dribble and getting to the paint will create scoring for others once the defense collapses. Easier to achieve this with ball movement and passing to the high post.
Wanna beat a 2-3 zone? Best way is to move that rock around, but individually? get that jumper right, 2-3 zones will always have holes on the perimeter for shooters to get their shot off. After you hit a few, coach will tell their players to close out harder on you, before they inevitably make the switch from a 2-3, when they start closing out hard on you, use that pump fake get in the middle and now you have endless options, if they collapse, dish it out for an open shot, if they dont, then midrange/ floater all day. Once you get past that first defender, now you’re playing 5-4, just make the right read and the game is gravy

It's amazing the way you really make them learn and internalize concepts from the very start even in the warmup and games. Incredible work.
Appreciate you as always!!!
Do you guys struggle with this? What are your other big struggles?? Let me know so I can help out!
Ball control and floaters
playing good in practice but not on games
Is there a way to train this on your own?
@@ElijahStender honestly, not really. I’m big on finding alternatives to train on your own but this one may be tough if not impossible
@ByAnyMeansBasketball Alright, thanks. Still love the video though! I've been watching film of SGA to help with this part of my game

There is no ideal, just hoop
The most ideal is based on your play style and team style imo.
an ideal body type is entirely dependent on your playstyle
@@godwinuwaeme3472 there is to an extent, u don’t wanna be build like a truck bodybuilder 😭
Anthony Edwards breakdown plz!!!🐜
can you teach us how to beat our defenders and not lose the ball?
Ball handling and start lifting ab workouts shoulder workouts leg workouts arm workouts so you can keep your frame when someone bumps you
Goat
Yo bro, can you make a video on how to score against 2-3 zone "individually"? Like using pick and rolls or ISOs?
That’ll be a pretty short video with me explaining how difficult it’d be to score on a 2-3 with ISO’s and PnR 😂
