Coach, my problem is if I don't lift weight that week, my shots are smooth af. It's when I ramp up my weight lifting/performance training, my shots become inconsistent and harder to control. Harder to control as in sometimes I shoot too far I need to find a way to control that.
I have a question, i am a student and my class schedule has been pretty hectic. I can only manage to get 4 days of hoop training sessions and 4 days of lifting on alternate days per week. Would that be enough to get better? I have a goal to be able to make a roster spot on a college team next year
@@user-hh4yv7ur7s i already have form i have a jumper just wondering if this workout can help me improve if i stay consistently with it because i feel like some workouts are for players that have reached a certain skill level
I've been trying to get down elevation on my midrange shots fluently. Do i need to do build leg strength to get better on elevation? I want to implement more midrange shots in my game.
I get wut ur tryna say about being able to make 3s without warming up, but i would argue that good players always warm up way before the game. If ur not arriving early to practise then ur just lazy
@@ByAnyMeansBasketball ya it naturally wants to start with elbow out a bit and grip and forarm more natural, you can see how your wrist flicks inward to counter balance your forearm and wrist fighting to get out. Its straight but they are fighting eachother.
All you need is that elbow a bit higher unless you going for a that trae young style i prefer currys, which is a bit higher, but you shot picture perfect except i cant tell what finger is the last on the ball. Middle usually best for smaller one motion shooters.

Hey Cole, where abouts r u going to go in Australia. I live close to Sydney so I’m hoping u go they cuz I missed u coming to Sydney the last time
I’ll be back in Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, and Brisbane in September!
Of course this shows up when my thumb is broken! Love the video though.
Get better soon!! Can’t wait for you to try it out when you’re good to go
How long did it take you to finish this workout
Yoo, what ball are you using? Looks fire!
Thank u coach i know this will help me with my consistency with my jumper
Coach i have a question, do i need to find the seems every single time or can I shoot the minute my hand leaves the ball?
Don't look for the seams. If you can shoot the ball without caring about the seams, it is better overall.
Dude live on the edge straight to 3s
Gotta do it! 🤷♂️
Lost my shot and confidence, I can drive and finish. Just shooting midrange or perimeter it’s off rn. Will practice this tomorrow morning👍🏾🙏🏾
Can a bad shooter use this workout and see results?
maybe work on the basics first like form and come back to this

You don’t really need leg strength for the midrange. Bend slightly then release with one motion off the top when coming back up from the bend
This one or the 21' shot workout which one is better?
Neither. I wouldn’t say either is better haha. Good for different things

Coach with all due respect you are shooting with your ring finger and putting side spin on the ball.
And I quite literally couldn’t care less because it still goes in 😉
Accept Jesus Christ as your lord and savior
First
You really force that forearm under the ball.
Interesting, never really felt like that. Can see how it looks like it though!

@@ByAnyMeansBasketball why tho serious question? Cuz your jumper is that nice? Or cuz you dont compete anymore and you just train?
