    Single Leg RDL Form Shots - 8 Makes Per Leg
    Reverse Lunge Form Shot - 8 Makes Per Leg
    Side To Side Pop Into Form Shot - 6 Makes Per Leg
    Find The Seams Warmup Shots - 6 - 8 Makes Total

    Rdl reverse lunge overhead Alternating legs. Find seams. Pivot foot double behind invert snatch shot. Push out snatch. Roll pickups pumpfake shot. Power skips 2. Start on one knee. Toss start in knee. Acrosse court toss.

    Noticing your set point is low-like a Trey Young-but consistent.
    Any good drills to find rhythm, finding and achieving the perfect set point for individuals body type/wingspan?

    Coach, my problem is if I don't lift weight that week, my shots are smooth af. It's when I ramp up my weight lifting/performance training, my shots become inconsistent and harder to control. Harder to control as in sometimes I shoot too far I need to find a way to control that.

    I have a question, i am a student and my class schedule has been pretty hectic. I can only manage to get 4 days of hoop training sessions and 4 days of lifting on alternate days per week. Would that be enough to get better? I have a goal to be able to make a roster spot on a college team next year

      Don't look for the seams. If you can shoot the ball without caring about the seams, it is better overall.

    I've been trying to get down elevation on my midrange shots fluently. Do i need to do build leg strength to get better on elevation? I want to implement more midrange shots in my game.

      You don’t really need leg strength for the midrange. Bend slightly then release with one motion off the top when coming back up from the bend

    I get wut ur tryna say about being able to make 3s without warming up, but i would argue that good players always warm up way before the game. If ur not arriving early to practise then ur just lazy

      @@ByAnyMeansBasketball ya it naturally wants to start with elbow out a bit and grip and forarm more natural, you can see how your wrist flicks inward to counter balance your forearm and wrist fighting to get out. Its straight but they are fighting eachother.

      All you need is that elbow a bit higher unless you going for a that trae young style i prefer currys, which is a bit higher, but you shot picture perfect except i cant tell what finger is the last on the ball. Middle usually best for smaller one motion shooters.
