thanks for this. I’m 6’3 and pretty athletic but very skinny/light. I’m so good when avoiding physicality but as soon as i get any contact Im not able to do much

Maybe keep your center of mass low everytime. And you need to lift weights and be stronger.

I’m 6ft 1in and 170 pretty skinny. But go slower when driving to handle the contact.

this is amazing. Thank you for visiting our country. 🔥🔥🔥 And thanks for helping me out in my game. As an undersized guard at 5'5, your attention to details vids helped me so much. (JJ Redick and Klay Thompson vids) Now with my value as a shooter, I am always invited to hoop in our place even at my height. Again , thank you and more power to your channel.

I learned to play through contact when I was in the Philippines.
There’s no such thing as an easy lay there 😂

100% true we Filipinos play very physical basketball. It's like 80% basketball + 20% MMA. 🤣🤣

thats one of my problems. I can get downhill and i love contact, but its the speed part. im often too fast and a lil outta control. then when im thinkin the game im like murf all you gotta do is slow down but still be fast enough. its wild 😭

Hey love the videos. Learning a ton. So I’m in Japan and they have almost no outdoor courts for pickup. How do you build courts overseas??? Would love to hear more

Hey Cole I have to ask man. Those Nets Just Don shorts look fire. Should you go with regular size? Because I usually wear a size L for my shorts.

I would say work less on specific moves and more on training qualities to score and gain advantages. First step quickness, finishing with contact, floaters, dribbling under pressure etc.
