That basic 2 footed layup is so important and versatile. I always taught myself one foot finishes and skipped out on the basic 2 foot stuff. Now that I am less athletic I cant get away with the one footed stuff as much. Trying to learn using both feet to lay it in. Thanks for this.
What's some good drills for teaching players to be strong and protect ball while attacking the basket. My daughter loses dribble control because of any kind of bump from help defense
practice free throws often, fouling is just as good as hitting the contact layup, and keep the ball tighter in your hand and keep the ball high up to take it away from the defender
3:20 made me giggle. Look at coaches face.

No, im not an basketball ref but u can do that
Nice tep
Great
which footwork we need for right handed
Wdym I think right foot left foot layup if that's what your asking
Yes Nolan is correct. Outside foot then you're inside foot.
what if the defender is heavier and bumping doesn't move him?
Perfect :)
HELPFUL
Should i just throw my knee in front of any ody not planting their feet on the paint when i go for a layup im super sick of hackers
I wouldn't recommend using your knee. Instead, veer into the defender using your hip and shoulder.
In my ahe of 40 i still atack nd contact
Am from Morocco and I love basketball but I don't have money to buy a Wilson or Spalding ball
