We drink brewed MASALA TEA called masala chai ( dry powdered mixture of dry ginger ,clove, cardomom, cinnamon and pepper ) many times a day .Its a ritual .
Do you make this masala chai or do you buy it made?
@@catherinedesilets8960 The ready dry , tea / chai masala is available in local stores. ( sometimes once a year we make the dry masala mixrure at home and keep in airtight bottle of 1.5 kg and when we run out of it and dont feel like preparing the dry masala which we add to our tea leaf brew we purchase it. In India its readily available at all local stores . )Add 1/2 tsp of masala tea pd to Your regular tea when boiling . It tastes great plus good.for digestion and colds (since it contains dry ginger powder ) and good gut health
@@catherinedesilets8960 The tea we brew at home in steel pans many times a day as it hardly takes 10.mins to prepare .
I love drinking masala tea in a Indian restaurant they are so flavourful
Masala tea I think it help with bloating
Hi there. I have been drinking oolong and green tea for a very long time. I also added some ginger water to the tea. I am now 90. So now it's full steam ahead to 100. I am not on any medications at all, however, I take a vitamin B supplement every morning
Donald that is fantastic!
That's great I am happy for you
Hibiscus tea and Jasmine tea help me relax and feel stress free.
I like all Teas , especially Hibiscus Tea...
How about Matcha tea?
Doesn’t the temperature of the water destroy the vitamin C (when you add lemon)?
Earl grey tea is my favorite 🫖 ☕️
Hi Dr Li, did you research Rooibos tea? It is a well-known local tea from South Africa with multiple benefits. Feel free to try it. Regards. Annette
You missed one extremely important tea. Pu Erh tea.
Drank tea my whole life since I was 13 yrs old
My dear Doctor. I would settle for 10 years.I didn't even have a headache then.🫠💕
You forgot to include Pu-er tea. Is a Chinese red tea what the West call black tea.
This is called *red* tea, not black tea.
Delicious teas!
👏🏾😄 🫖🍵
Is tea with milk still gives the same benefits ?
Why on earth is some guy doing all the talking well Dr. Li is in the background moving his lips, but we can’t hear him. I find that very strange and disconcerting.
Like Kidney stones?
I heard adding milk to tea reduces its benefits.
That is true
Only true for cows milk due to fatty or allergen content. Using plant milk like soy, oat etc increases its nutritional value. You can add 1/4 cow's milk 3/4 plant milk taste great increases nutritional content
