Mine was bad like this but instead of surgery I opted for a RFA and it helped tremendously. I’m still not pain free but I’m able to manage it and do physical activities again.

Very cool! In my first semester of PT school and it's very cool to see the things I'm learning in practice. Will be looking forward to more videos!

Hey Paul, I used the Marquis method on one of my suspected C5-C6 disc herniation patients. Pt showed increased grip strength of 12 pounds with cx traction applied. Thanks for developing that method as it is a great way to educate the patient,

I have the same issue, except also affecting my left arm is Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, and cubitus valgus of the elbow. Any suggestions on therapy, treatment or exercises? I’ve already used up my 12 visits to a chiropractor the VA will only allow certain types of therapy…very limiting. Help!!

How long would you say you usually wait before you decide to refer out? For example, I'll usually do 8 to 12 sessions and if I'm not making any progress then start thinking about referring out. Did you have him for very long?

I used to have problems with this all the time. For some reason I think it got better when I stopped smoking. I had it once but it was pretty mild compared to every other time and didnt last long.

Hopefully, you are a candidate for CDR over ACDF.

My physical therapist made my c6-c7 pain worse. I went to two different ones over the span of 3 years. I followed through everything they gave me to the t. Now I have pain in both traps and I don't know how to relieve it. Stretching/heat make it worse no matter the direction it seems.
Is there anything I can do besides surgery? The last time I checked the MRI was 2017 before my first PT session. It's horrible
