Thank you for such informative video. I have been diagnosed with a bulging disc (spondylosis) at c6/c7 and narrowing of the spinal canal. I wonder if I will be able to heal it without surgery.

For me, c4-c5. Eventhough it is a median bulged disc, i have from time to time an unpleasant sensation of my skin, towards the left shoulder down through the arm. Nevertheless when i feel pain, it's mostly located in front of my shoulder.
It's been 5 months now, and i have the feeling that it can heal itself by vaccum or by dehydration... it's a long road and I miss the gym so bad. Any recommendations guys would be appreciated.

Could you do some videos on PRP treatment and herniated discs? Just got the treatment done for 3 herniated discs in the neck

@@msspade2010 it went so well!!! I haven’t experienced that level of pain in months, I really felt a difference like a 6-8 weeks in. I still have to be careful with how I hold my neck and whatnot but I’m back to functioning

@@quetalamiguissss omg, that’s awesome, I too have 3 herniated disc in my neck due to a car accident, the pain level has been debilitating and I can’t even work full time anymore. I’m only in my early 30s with 2 kids that are still very young. Maybe this will work for me too 😭

@@msspade2010 it kept me from living life too! And I’m around the same age. I honestly had to find a specialized physical therapist and he’s the one who told me about that treatment, my insurance didn’t cover it but it was worth me being able to move again.

Good video! You could also talk about IJV stenosis - condition where neck tucking makes things worse. MSK neurology made a video about this as well

I have a question: I sometimes have weakness and pain running down my arm, but it quickly disappears. My hands and shoulders are not affected. I did the test you prescribed and it felt good. If I switched hands, it was a little painful. I can't figure out what is wrong or how I did this, but I remember that years ago I was taking off a sports bra by crossing my hands over my head and pulling hard. The bra was tight, because this was high impact aerobics. (I am 72 years old now.) I am still mystified, as my arm feels weak when I raise it, but the pain quickly disappears. I had begun to think this was a pinched nerve, but now I am not sure. What else could it be?

Get tested for Thoracic Outlet Syndrome! Physical exam + MRI. Also make sure the cause isnt the shoulder or the neck of course.

I am a very tall person (6.3) and basically there is no standard desk for me and my job is day trading so I have to sit behind the laptop every day, I am worried a lot and I dont know what to do, when I bend my neck it gets even more visible and its embarrassing sometimes in the gym plus I have headach all the time, can I send my MRI to you to take a look possibly please?

Not to be personal but are your arms restricted in that shirt? Your muscles look too big for the sleeves & the buttons are straining across your chest. Lucky you but a size up might look better & not restrict you.
