Great video but I thought ipislateral rotation of the csp opens the facets on that side and closes the IVF on the same side?

Hi Michael, I don't but probably on 75% of shoulder patients.
Those who present with a super clear shoulder issue I bypass the clearing.

Hi paul at @2.40 isn't elbow flexion a c6 myotome ?

Some C6 overlap but primarily C5. I've seen It many times.

sir ma friend had spinal cord injury at D9, when doctor test his Lbow tendon reflex his present, at the time of hamering he feel some shoking from there, is it consider as a sensation recovery???

Hi Paul, if a person previously fractured their C-Spine and is having symptoms ie. different sensation in the arms & hands, positive hoffmans sign, babinski sign. Said person is also hyper reflexive and clonus on one side only. The person has told their doctor about said symptoms. The doctor continues to do nothing. What would you recommend said person do? Thank you Paul.

Might consider having a visit with a physiatrist. They are very good at sorting these diagnoses out and ordering appropriate testing.
