Your videos are very good. Great explanations and very clear that your use your hands well as a expert clinician. One thing that you can note on the video is that the gentleman has a cut on the left side of his knee. I wonder if infection would be another thing to look at in the differential. I am sure fever etc was screened when the inital intake was done.

Great point! Yes it was ruled out. Left it out to keep the video time down for the patient. Interestingly, I just had a patient last week who came in with a knee injury and had swelling, redness and fever. Had a staph infection. Spent 5 days in the hospital on IV antibiotics

Hello, the entire video is very informative! You mentioned patellar mobility as one of the treatment at the end. So just wanted to ask how to do that? Do you have any video on that procedure and does it require therapist or can be prescribed as home exe. Program?

1:13 how do you conclude tight calves from knee valgus and foot flattening?

If you can't DF them you need to externally rotate the hips and collapse the knees inward to squat.

So what was the cause of his pain? Meniscus? OA? PFP?

does lateral capsule mean lateral meniscus?

No. They are 2 separate structures but have some fibrous attachment to each other.
