    Ingredients:
    Moong jowar batter :
    Moong dal with skin - 1 cup
    Jowar atta (Sorgham) - 1/2 cup
    water for grinding
    Salt - 1 tsp, as per the taste
    Coconut chutney :
    Fresh coconut - 1 cup
    Green chilly - 1-2
    Garlic - 1 clove, medium size
    Ginger - 1/2 inch, roughly chopped
    Salt - 1/2 tsp
    Tamarind (imli) - small piece
    Water for grinding (add gradually)
    For tempering :
    Oil - 1 tsp
    Rai (mustard seed) - 1/2 tsp
    Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
    Few curry leaves
    Onion veg mix for topping :
    Onion - 2 big, chopped
    Tomato - 1 big, chopped
    Capsicum - 1 small, chopped
    Beetroot - 2-3 tbsp, grated
    Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup, chopped
    Other ingredients :
    Ghee or oil for roasting
    Black pepper powder as required
