Why did you add ice cubes n chilled water??
To avoid heat up mixie and batter.
You adding salt will stop the fermentation.
Adding salt will help to ferment the batter
My dosa sticks on cast iron tava I tried three four times why it is so?
Season the cast iron tawa very well before making dosa.
