1/4 cup + 1 cup water
a small piece of cinnamon or cinnamon powder
7 - 8 almonds (overnight soaked and peeled)
1 apple, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup water
1 soft medjool dates or as needed

Tried it today morning for breakfast with minor ingredient change as I didn't have apple n flax seeds. Also used normal ragi flour. Excellent smoothie.
Hi, the smoothie recipe sounds great, but if chia seeds are added should it not be soaked as you soaked badam

@@skinnyrecipes Can I still make this smoothie with Wholegrain Ragi? have no Sprouted Ragi, just the Wholegrain Ragi. Can I also add Sprouted Flax instead of the whole flaxseeds? I have some of that. I'm struggling to find Ragi Seeds and Sprouted Ragi in the UK. I will have to search online
