Dawngaurd was king. I hated Dragonborn to death. And Hearthfire isn't a DLC,it should be in the base game due to how small it is. But it will live up as my second or 3rd favorite game. Can't decide between it and Fallout 4.
@@ThomasSquared Dragonborn is probably my favorite TES DLC in general, Dawnguard gave us the surprisingly OP Vampire Lord and the lovely vamp badass Serana and I adore Hearthfire because it allows you to build your own house the way you want it to be and the oven gives you extra food options (Like garlic bread, fuck yeah, garlic bread) but opinions are opinions, I'll respect yours

Skyrim got me through some bad times in my life when i was failing college and at risk of being kicked out over my poor academic performance. I am happy to say that i got kicked out for poor performance in the end but I found honest vocations that pay well without needing a degree.
Actually, a lot of things were promised that weren't implemented in the end product. However, I cannot really complain considering how amazing the result became anyway.
Right, now that you mention it I do remember getting pretty psyched over some feature, particularly that there was supposed to be a real economy system with prices varying in time and locations. But clearly that didn't happen. Could you refresh my memory and tell me of other features that were not implemented ? But at the end of the day, like you said, the finished product was so extensively good, that bitching at launch would have been out of place.

The story could be that eventually everyone starts fighting back against the aldmeri dominion and so all of Tamriel is now a war torn nation ridden with poverty and destruction, so thousands of refuges head for Akavir just to survive. The remaining dragons not slain by the Dovahkiin or Paarthurnax also end up flying over there. Now the player can still fight dragons, can still be any of the traditional races, BUT NOW can also explore a whole new region of the world AND can also play as the new Akavir races too! It would be such a good move to expland the series after Skyrim by Bethesda! Also we have so many people making Asian styled mods for Skyrim that are really awesome, but .. don't really fit in Skyrim that well. Those mods would fit perfectly in Akavir though! I mean, just imagine an Elder Scrolls game with Asian styled houses, plant life, and creatures. So awesome!

This song is over 3 years old now and I've only just started playing Skyrim a few days ago. It's not that I never wanted to play it before, I just never had the hardware to play games period. (Unless you count PS2/Gamecube/DS Lite/3DS games) Every time I start up the game I automatically think of this video and it fills me with joy :) (that and The Elder Scrolls Adventures with the Dovahkids!)
***** Don't worry I got the PC version :) Vanilla Skyrim is kinda...ugly...but my PC isn't that powerful or anything so I'm taking it easy with the mods. (I do have the optimization mod though! and even a static texture mod) I don't have the DLC's yet but I only had about 10 bucks on my Steam account, so I only had enough for 1 game during the summer sale. (Little did I know they would lower the prices even further...) Anyway thanks for the tip! :D

Bethesda is nothing more than a husk. Anything they do nowadays is trash. Dont expect Starfield or Skyrim 2 to be any different.

Skyrim's hype train is one of the very rare which didn't fail to deliver.
God, I remember watching the skyrim gameplay trailer every day after school for months. The Hype train was real.
Actually, a lot of things were promised that weren't implemented in the end product. However, I cannot really complain considering how amazing the result became anyway.
Right, now that you mention it I do remember getting pretty psyched over some feature, particularly that there was supposed to be a real economy system with prices varying in time and locations. But clearly that didn't happen.
Could you refresh my memory and tell me of other features that were not implemented ?
But at the end of the day, like you said, the finished product was so extensively good, that bitching at launch would have been out of place.

The story could be that eventually everyone starts fighting back against the aldmeri dominion and so all of Tamriel is now a war torn nation ridden with poverty and destruction, so thousands of refuges head for Akavir just to survive. The remaining dragons not slain by the Dovahkiin or Paarthurnax also end up flying over there.
Now the player can still fight dragons, can still be any of the traditional races, BUT NOW can also explore a whole new region of the world AND can also play as the new Akavir races too! It would be such a good move to expland the series after Skyrim by Bethesda! Also we have so many people making Asian styled mods for Skyrim that are really awesome, but .. don't really fit in Skyrim that well. Those mods would fit perfectly in Akavir though! I mean, just imagine an Elder Scrolls game with Asian styled houses, plant life, and creatures. So awesome!

This song is over 3 years old now and I've only just started playing Skyrim a few days ago.
It's not that I never wanted to play it before, I just never had the hardware to play games period. (Unless you count PS2/Gamecube/DS Lite/3DS games)
Every time I start up the game I automatically think of this video and it fills me with joy :) (that and The Elder Scrolls Adventures with the Dovahkids!)
***** Don't worry I got the PC version :) Vanilla Skyrim is kinda...ugly...but my PC isn't that powerful or anything so I'm taking it easy with the mods. (I do have the optimization mod though! and even a static texture mod)
I don't have the DLC's yet but I only had about 10 bucks on my Steam account, so I only had enough for 1 game during the summer sale. (Little did I know they would lower the prices even further...)
