Fun fact: when you clear out a bandit hive, you will find 5x the gold in the barrels and stuff than the bounty on the bandits.

...Yeah I don't see how they are a good choice unless the player is a nord themselves. They want to fight the Thalmors because they treat every other races as inferior... Sure, that would be the main argument to join the Stormcloaks.... But that's pratically what Nords do (if not worse) with those that aren't nords.
As an Argonian player, would I rather get Thalmor boots over my face, or Nord boots over my face? One would just look down on me as inferior... the other will do that too AND forbid you of basic rights because you're born of the wrong race.

Skeletons are terrible in skyrim because of nutrient deficiency; "Milk-Drinker" is an insult in Nord culture, so Nord Skeletons are more fragile because of lack of calcium.

No, you can find plenty of dairy products throughout Skyrim, not least of which cheese. Milk-drinker is simply meant to suggest someone is a baby. It's not an actual hatred of dairy, and Nords definitely don't have calcium deficiency. I have seen this theory way too many times.

@shakefan1484 again, I found this information in a Bethesda article. ( I don't remember what it was... sorry.) Yeah there's a lot of holes in this, but it's better than nothing I guess.
Edit: I remember some book in the game describing them as caretakers for the Nordic ruins they inhabit. Maybe some did get let out, and yet they stay at the entrance guarding it? I don't remember the books name. Unfortunately, the likely awnser is that good game design conflicts with naritive sometimes.
@@shakefan1484 the draugr outside are supposed to be guards, the nords who died during the rebellion against the dragon cult. The druagr inside are loyalists who are imprisoned.

Not graphics, mind you, but visuals. There is no combat. There is barely any magic, hell you need mods to add the more interesting stuff. There is no story, no character. The best frigging companion you have is from a god damned mod. Just Google Inigo. Or Recorder. The crafting system is bad, broken, bullshit, boring, borderline psychotic for production and barely held together by spit.
And after all that, yes I am still gonna play Skyrim after I lose the feeling of hatred that the shittiness of the game instills in you.

Omg, after YEARS of watching and rewatching this series, I FINALLY get the joke about the Spriggan getting hit by an arrow! For years I thought maybe a follower shot her offscreen, but I just now realised that when she knocked the Dragonborn over, she inadvertently made him fire his arrow into the air, so it came back down and killed her! Literally only just realised this!

Quite simply the greatest warrior the world has ever seen.

No you're slightly off. Miraak wanted to take over Solstheim then move on to the entire world. So you save the world at least three times, one for the main story, and two for the Dawnguard and Dragonborn DLCs

I suppose it was more of a thing when they made the game as if you played it when the game first came out you wouldn’t know that you gained the gift of charity it would simply be a nice little bonus for doing the good thing if that makes sense

Just realised how the Dragonborn must look to npcs, like he just appears, and runs around for a while going in and out of a random tavern, and then spends about ten minutes forging 600 golden rings and then starts talking to everyone like a drunk Breton, and then just fucking vanishes
Every time Todd re-released Skyrim, I think the senile scribbles are re-recommended to me. And I’m never disappointed.
At this point, I use it as a modding guide.
I'm playing the switch version now. I own this game on four other systems. Lol

Why did he start the dawnguard dlc at like level 70
I started at level 13
Big Brain Shigechi most people usually start it after, or right before they kill Alduin, for instance, I killed him at level 45, started dawnguard at 43
@@tdoyr2119 I think he did that because the first parts of this series may came out before the DLCs were released.
If that isn't the case, then I think I might have opted this to follow a believable order in which the Dragonborn would do his quests, and then immediately breaks that when the Dawnguard found out he hasn't even killed Alduin yet.
I started dawnguard so early because vampire lord powers would be helpful in the main quest line

The claw puzzles were made intentionally easy because those doors aren’t to keep people out, they’re there to keep draugr in.
The claws are basically a test to make sure you’r brain isn’t dust.

I only recently got a disc for Skyrim: The Elder Scrolls V, and it's really fun to play. So many things to do, it's just weeks of roaming a land completing quests, always improving and improving, and resting easy knowing I can always make a new character and do a li'l something different when the campaign ends.
