A good stabiliser in combination with sports is a very bad combination. I put my camera on a tripod an shut off all stabilisers. Low light conditions and fast movements are really a problem when recording indoor sports. My experience is that all those tested cameras are not good enough. You really need the more expensive prosumer cameras
Erik Steverink Thanks for your advice. I use iPhone on tripod, video quality is okay even under low light. The problem that I have is that the wooden gymnasiums floorboards tremble when athletes run and jump around, which is why I wanted to get this stabilizer to solve this problem.
@@ellistai I know the problem, but a stabiliser not only stabilises the vertical floor tremble, but also the horizontal sports movement. The camera itself has to be stabilised. I have no solution yet.
Hello. I am trying to record an online class that is 1 hour long for each session. Which is the camcorder to record each hour session. I have a Canon camera and it can only hold 4GB per session and keeps breaking my sessions into multiple videos
To suggest something a little different... Have you considered just using an editing package to join the clips? It's very simple to just make one file out of all of those shorter segments.
@@Kincop I've been using Vegas Platinum since January for my channel. It's a good mix between features and value (it's usually around $50... even less for older versions. I'm using 15) and there are a huge amount of free tutorials available for it as Vegas has been around for ages. I'm learning more and more about it nearly every day and for the money, I feel it's a pretty competent tool. I have a video coming out today that has around 10 independent video/audio tracks in it and joins the footage recorded from 4 different recording sources (various different cameras and audio/video capture devices) and Vegas and I (with no training whatsoever) handled it just fine, IMHO. It's far more capable than I am at this point. In the case of Alexis' situation, virtually any editing package will join clips with almost no effort. Just drag them in, position where you want, and render the new file in whatever format you prefer. I believe even the free version of Windows Movie Maker that comes with Windows 10 will allow that, but I believe it no longer supports even basic editing like the old version that came with Windows 7 did. With all of that said, there are plenty of free editors available and I understand that many of them are quite good. I've just found in the past that you usually get what you pay for with such things so I went with Vegas as an affordable intermediate option. If you like, come watch today's video (should be out in a few hours of my post here) and if you're interested in an overview of what my project file of it looks like, I'd be happy to make a brief overview video of it for you. I have an "Ask Max" segment on my channel for exactly that type of thing. ;)

p900 and p1000 can zoom in to the moon, best zoom camera out but it's quite large but if you want zoom that's the one to go for
Panasonic hc-v180 is the king of zoom and price. It has 500x zoom and is very cheap. I have it myself and i recomend it.

Sounds like the Canon is using a fat filesystem
