WASTELAND REALITY welcomes you to the latest Open House - Tenpines Bluff rebuild that I am calling Tenpines Manor. This build came about mainly because I was getting burned out creatively working on my huge Silver Shroud HQ base on Spectacle Island. I decided just to take a break and build a little house over at Tenpines Bluff - and this is the result. It is another of my modern style builds I guess but just something I wanted to try. Hope you enjoy the tour and thanks for stopping by!
Yes, it's 2020 and I'm still playing fallout 4 on a PS4 - but mostly I just love to plop on the couch after a long day and build/create houses, bases and settlements using a multitude of mods (list below). - I find it relaxing to build, so I've created this series - a more laid back relaxing build type video.

At this point I've looked at so many videos of people doing different things with Tenpines Bluff - just for inspiration because I could never come up with a good idea for that area... I think you nailed it. Your modern builds are simply great.

Yet another great build there so much detail, you certainly did a great job with this build. Really liked the overall layout, the angled pillars and the master bedroom area really gave the build some unique features. My favourite room was the office though.

Thanks. - I did recorded a bunch of it but there are large chunks that didn't get recorded unfortunately - I had planned on doing this as a LBI series but because I lost a bunch of the recordings I wound up just doing the tour.
In case you don't like Abernathy farms or just want somewhere else for water placement I was messing around with it and as long as you've got a good scrapping and scrap everything the starlight Drive-In in the Middle where that water is just remove the water and you can place another water which I don't know if that would help or not but it's a different location from the regular Abernathy farms water placement.
yes, totally - That is an excellent place for that - I think I do it at Abernathy because I usually have something big built at Starlight.

Hey man l also love to create beautifull buildings in fallout 4, its relaxing. Anyway i dont have understand witch mod you use for the water, how its called? Im from germany and dont talk perfect english maybe for this i dont heard it in the video.
water is in the "Custom Vanilla Assets" - by tim-timman - it has toggles you need to activate

Probably Maddox /madrox Kimmie Rainbow mod also the cabinet is from his other other mod it's like a Ikea one. But it puts so much stuff in your workshop it's going to take forever to scroll through and find it I ended up removing it personally just cuz I have so many other mods installed for PS4 for it to function smoothly. If I didn't have like a gazillion other mods I would have kept it for sure cuz it gives you a lot of really nice clean options including a lot of the wall dividers like the white slot ones that he had
yes - it seriously takes me more than 20 minutes to scroll through the decoration misc tab, and the signs, the misc metal - all are very slow, it will only allow me to scroll at a snails pace - pretty annoying and takes forever to find stuff that way.
New to your channel, how are you able to place junk to precisely on ps4?!
the QwaPA tool is the only way I can place stuff so precisely, it's a pain sometimes but on a PS4 it's the only way. Thanks for stoppin' by.

Fan.tas.tic! Finally I’ve discovered a god-level builder who at least gives some info on “how I did it & what mods were used” - similar to what Jug used to do w/o mods. Everything looks beyond amazing.

I do have a master list at the end and in the description - but as far as what mod a certain item comes from is really hard to tell once they are all loaded in and mixed together.

Excuse me Dean while I pick my jaw up from off the ground. Dude!!! 😳 This was freaking amazing, like holy sh*t, you bossed the hell out of this 𝐓𝐞𝐧𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 𝐁𝐥𝐮𝐟𝐟 build. The angled front cross arches 🤯, the house sitting above the crossed arches 🤯, the tv entertainment area 🤯, the game room area 🤯, the tree house style modern bedroom with that spectacular view 🤯, your office and power armor room down below 😵. Let’s not forget the secret entrance and the escape water entrance also. Dude, you’re killing me over here, blowing my mind from left to right. Righteous job man, truly. Please keep doing what you do, can’t wait to see what you’ve got for us next, I need to go chill. 😅😉👍🏽

This assembly is a very beautiful arrangement.
Your videos are always well done, but this way of doing things is even better, because you show the results by adding little bits (images) that allow us to understand the methods you used.
I have always found the use of construction elements to be smart and have a nice result.
I watched your video before leaving for a few days, and now I just watched it again because I have more time to comment.
I would have liked to have in my mods (the hanging light) that lights up your pool table. This type of lamp (lighting) really exists in our world and I find it very pretty.
PS: At 9:57, I found it curious that you placed a Santa Claus chair.
