Planning my penultimate Fallout 4 play through and this video was tremendously helpful as I plan to choose several of the mods listed for items that were in the game but we did not have access to, from something as simple as making a bathroom look like a bathroom with items you would expect, and the same thing for being able to create a washer or better kitchen items to give that settlement just that extra touch
Normally I don't comment on older videos, but there are so many good mods here that have changed or no longer (technically) exist that it's worth mentioning for those new to Fallout 4 modding. A good example is with Dino's mods, which have been discontinued because pretty much everything in them is now available in CREative Clutter. When my PC crashed a few months back and I was forced to reinstall ALL of my mods, I found a lot of the mods I'd relied on before could now be eliminated without losing anything. The same goes for Mentha's More Colorful series of mods (not featured here but quite good), which are now compiled into one single mod (might be PC only, though). With so many DLC and adventure mods coming out, being able to get rid of redundant settlement mods is increasingly important, regardless of the platform. I'm incredibly happy that more modders are starting to combine their work. It means more stuff with less risk of conflicts and fewer ESP files to load in. Perhaps one day they'll even all work properly with SKE so I won't have to try 20 different locations to find a specific bed or rug.
OCDecorator really is THAT good. My posted builds are pretty spartan but, the spots where I have the desks or tables finely decorated with a food or drink setup, or shop supplements? It's a dream, no poorly spawned settlers walking over tables and on shelves knocking everything over.
Omg thankyou! The, *”clean the commonwealth”* mod is what I was looking for!!! I can’t wait to clean up all the things that should’ve been able to be destroyed in the first place!
I tried Vanilla ext and also have the main mod the master plan but is screwed up my house I built prior but I got to say you won a sub. love your vids and the one on load order helped so much man.

Ocd is perfect for me since it allows nice and imnersive decoration(aswell as it being static)without the burden of constant crashes on my xbox one from clutter
Minimize you use of the settlement size glitch and build within reason. It's an xbox not an $8000 computer. It can only handle so much. Putting it under strain is making your fps tank.
It's there, i think the owner have some wierd setting for it or a bug so you cant find it by searching, most gett lucky for it to show up in one of the lists.
I saw a mod that you can delete literally everything in sanctuary , even the street all tho idk if it will look like the void or simply grass , either way what I mostly liked was the chance to delete the house foundations , those are just ugly now i can make my concordt style sanctuary hills Wich i will love more

hey cordless have you tried the thematic and pratical mod? it has a real scrappy thrown together feel i love using it in my smaller settlements and it fit perfectly. if you can give it a try i think you might really enjoy it. fyi love your videos bro and love your on an xbox

Hey a quick question, i just about to download Workshop Rearrange when i read that it is not compatible with any mod that overhauls the settlement build main menu (homemaker, ocdecorator, DIYourshelf), so have you ever had any problem using these mods together? i dont want to fuckup my game so im just being a little bit precautious.. thx in advance, marvelous video as usual~

based on this vid, I switched from Homemaker to Workshop Rearranged and not only am I glad I did, the switch over wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. only had to replace a few doors and a few lights. Love it!
@CordlessVII Is it possible to do a video on workshop load order? I have most of the mods mentioned with the exception of a few more plus Settlement Objects expansion "SOE". But it seems your workshop menu opens 5x faster then mine.Mine takes sometimes a minute to open up. If you could at the very least do some some screen shots of your load order.

notice he doesnt tell you these mods that integrate with your workshop menu have a chance to totally wreck your menu if you try to remove it, unless they give you a specific plan to remove the mod without doing so.

Decorations and Furniture Expansion Pack is gone. Cannot find it on Fallout 4's mods page nor on Nexus Mods.
