There are some fine choices here. I have built the transit center a couple times but it never looked that good. I don't know how you find the time Feb but we're all glad you do. So delighted you've embraced the game as well despite the lack of magical elements, it's been beneficial for many a sole survivor.

Ooh, very hard to choose...I love underwater homes, very Bond-villain, so the X-01 and Ocean Bay are definitely contenders and Madroxmods' work is just astonishing, the RR HQ and Croup More Manor are just so good. I think I will say X-01 is my fav (at least as of today, lol).
Side note: The Nuka World Transit Center is so spot-on for a Disney World imitation, with the hotel on property and shops. I like that one just for how it fits from a realism POV.

Being british and a fallout 4 fan i have to say it is so nice to hear a nice clear brish voice and female one at that, lovely lovely lovely as kinnock would say. subscribed just for the joy of your voice and fallout 4 of course. love to all.

i couldnt agree more. i dont have a ton of time to game (4 kids and a career in healthcare) but man I really enjoy the videos. there is something extremely relaxing and feel good about them. i love Feb's calm, happy demeanor.

You’re so right about the therapeutic value of building, while I often soundly curse some of the mechanics of FO4, building is nevertheless the aspect of the game I spend the greatest time on . Lovely episode, thanks.

Thanks for your great work, i absolutely love your channel, earlier i had to find good homes for myself, today if i want something new, i just click on your channel and get a lot of great suggestions for my favourite games, i absoltutely appreciate it. My personal favourite is "Let's get wet", i prefer secluded homes which are not to large, plus i love clean homes and like
to have the opportunity to do, what i want. Always fun to watch your videos and hear your calm and warm voice, great video as usual, take care.

I love it when you do a list. So many ideas. I was actually just going over your List of what to use when getting started. Reason being we are wiping out and starting all over. However we are wanting to completely refresh the list of things to start with. (Yes I have added several of your favorite settlements and player homes into the list) Please Post if you have an updated list of what to use when getting started and stuff to help with crashes.
I don't have anything to help with crashes because *touch wood* I don't suffer from that! I find installing with Vortex from Nexus sorts everything out for me without issues and you are notified of any potential conflicts. I'm so glad you've found some fun mods to play with:)
@@FebrithDarkstar Not to worry on the crashes part. I asked hubby why we had those the other day and he said something about load order and space.?.. So just careful application of what we have should be the key.?
@@Mirkwoodsqueen For sure if you're playing on PC then you can download as much as your it or your game can handle - I dread to think how many gigs I've added lmao:)
First 3 definitely, Plucky little Trailer, Dauntless, and Waterworld. All of them amazing, but first 3 definitely my style. Would probably build settlement for items but stay there. I also like the plot of land way on top of like a mountain that was a plot to decorate I would add. Thanks for the video Febrith

Never apologize for your favorites being your style. :P I have yet to get into settlement building since I still haven't actually finished the game, so I'm still focused on old school player houses. Dauntless is really cool, and I'm going to give it a go either later in this playthrough or my next. I've been living in RedRocketTV's Goodneighbor Condo. His auto-sorter is just too good to live without for a hoarder like me. :)

The wall color for Spectacular Island wouldn't be my choice, but the otherwise its a splendid player home. A lot of work was put into it, the creator did amazing.

The next mod I'm excited to try adds the castle from Kiddie Kingdom to spectacle island. SO over the top, couldn't resist.

That one is perfect in my opinion. All it needs is a boardwalk and a few attractions like a Ferris wheel.

The modders that do these incredible areas humble me every time I hit X in a settlement.
great video , i use the lets get wet mod for the pc along with heavens drydock barebones settlement(available through bethesda net mods ) would have a few more but my load out is tittering on the edge of stability (i have a lot of armours enough to make harrods impressed and settlement building mods ) since starfield got a delay i have more ideas of a build and your videos are helping that, mind you in my next playthrough will be a fallout 4 meats fallout 3 dlc

I've been away for a while and viewing this video I'm reminded why I'm so happy being a patron of your work. The hardest part is deciding which one to put down roots and just enjoy
There is just so much work that has been put into these mods (and others). I have a few play home mods and each has something I would like combined into one
What I do enjoy are less little rooms (nice to explore) yet I get lost easily if there are too many little rooms
Maybe a house could be small with storage boxes labelled, and those storage boxes could open up more rooms, that way a tiny home could become massive
I love space, both indoor and out , yet not so big that I forget where I left my Power Armor
I'm the same - we are spoilt for choice for sure:)

I know you usually show player home _mods_ , but would you perhaps consider making a video about a Transfer Settlement blueprint called "Pineview Retreat"? I think you already have all of the required and recommended mods... 😊 I‘d understand if you don’t feel like doing it, of course!

My odd question is: Would you try to eliminate all the post-apocalyptic effects of the Fallout world if you could? In other words, a mass clean up?
Well it would be interesting to see it like that - a pre-war Commonwealth as it were, but no, I like the world that's been created for us here - I just like to make my little bits of it as nice as I can :)
I keep seeing warnings not to install greekrage's work until after some event or another so sadly I won't be using most of the new settlements in quest affected areas simply because I prefer not to add or (even worse) remove mods during a playthrough, but that transit center does look exceptionally nice. May bend my rule after I've been to Nuka World.
can you be specific.... Because i do have a few "haters" that post crap here and there....Especially a guy called "drivinghard" that thought i was his slave because he donated a couple of times...and had no idea what he was doing using commands via console and breaking his game...and then blaming me for stuff that no one else was having issues with... The only thing i always recommend to players using my stuff is to always place my mods last because there are a lot of mods that conflict with previs (like PrP for example)..Also Where are you seeing these "warnings"...because at least ALL of my latest 20 or so mods have never had that type of comment.. ?
@@ihater3tards Sorry I just mean where it says x or y quest might not work properly in the mod descriptions, just makes me nervous. It's a wonderful mod and I may just be coming around on activating one or two after you've cleared an area. 😀
@@Toni-lo9ms ahhhh..Look sometimes its unavoidable to remove certain things that may cause an issue with a quest...which i try to avoid as much as possible. hence MY warnings to finish certain quests BEFORE installing the mod..(unfortunately no one reads the description and then complains if something goes wrong..(this goes for any mod not just mine ofc) )...If youre scared try my " new locations" not the vanilla...that have no quest related data ...Those are 100% safe aside from conflicts with mods that edit stuff globally like previs data which is why i insist that my mods are loaded after those mods..
@@ihater3tards I already have one of the quest safe ones and may add more. I know it's an issue that can't be avoided with certain areas and have zero problem with it.
The reason I avoid that sort of thing is I'm an "oh, this is a cool build let me try it" person and when I have many mods that need to start off disabled I absolutely will forget to do it and end up causing myself problems. One, however, I think I can manage. 😉
Hi Toni, I'm on PC and add and remove mods many times to no ill-effect (so far!) - I've never had any problems with Greekrage's mods if that's any comfort to you:)

Sorry Aaron no clue - I'm a PC channel, you'd need to check where you get your mods from to see if they're available.
