In this episode I mess around with the Build Your Own Pool mod which adds into the game workshop items for building your own pool in your settlements.

Maybe it's for when you crouch to place things underwater it doesn't make the water go away like you had it but just stops it from becoming a solid plane so you can still build under it but see the water.
+robert schollmeyer Ya that's what I thought at first, but nope that is not what that option does ... of course unless my game it glitched ... which is always a possibility.
64 people showering at once? Doubt that will happen in game.
How do you get npcs to use the pool?
If you build a contained pool with a floor on the roof of a building does the water stop at the pool floor or keep going through the building to the ground?
i believe it appears to stop but causes the strip swim animation for settlers walking under it if you use glass. thats just what i read though, havent tried it.
I can't wait until we get mods
Does it work with DLC's, I got it and tryed to make water in Vault 88 and I cant find it anywhere, I collected the picket fences magazine.

Are there any mods that add fire smoke etcetera I need mods like that it's important for something im going to build 😊???
Try the SOE Pack, it includes alot of stuff you cannot build, including Special Effects, including fire and smoke.
I saw this on the mods section of Bethesda.net, but now it's not their. Was it taken down or something?

You can use BYOP and CWS useable showers, bathtubs, sinks, and toilets. Better animations.

wow I thought it was volumetric object. Now I understand why this game is not that demanding in hardware.
Too bad that one apparently can't _delete_ those pools again afterwards. Which is a problem.
Also, it would be cool if one could use those pools to place water purifiers into it.
Great video, I play on Xbox, do you know if this mod was ever made for Xbox?
Mods aren't made for Xbox, save for maybe the "official" ones Bethesda added a while ago. I don't think they are even supporting that feature anymore.
Who is the creator of this mod can someone make a light port for Xbox one I want this mod please let me no and there is no settlement or water feature like this that allows you to build it was up but someone uploaded wrongfully and it was taken down

For lolz turn the entirety of Sanctuary into an Atlantis, everyone and everything is underwater.
Oh my! So many questions: do the showers work underwater; do you need to use concrete or will wood/metal work; how deep will the water? ...
+KodarJoval technically yes, you could place the showers underwater and any material for building can be used to build teh pool sides. and finally the water will go down forever below that point.
The damn trick to get a ladder in the pool doesn't work. I crouch, activate the build function, and I am immediately standing and the panels reappear. so then I have a pool I can't get my ass out of. Isn't there some othert trick to do it.
Will you do PS4 mod or xbox one fallout mods
+M0nk3yi977 Well considering I don't own any consoles that might be an issue, that being said though I may look around for mods on PC that are also on the consoles so you guys know ... we shall see
well any mod built on the ck works on consoles , so if he were to be showing a ck mod , it would technically be a ps4/xbone mod aswell as a PC mod ( if said mod had a release on all platforms )
