7 Metabolism Boosting Exercises For Women 50 and Over / Muscle Building At Any Age

  • This metabolism boosting workout will help you build muscle, gain strength, and maintain balance.This workout is safe for women over 50, but great for any age.
    We will be doing 3 sets of 10 reps for each exercise . I will be using weights from 8 pounds to 15 pounds (just for a reference ). If you can't complete all of the reps, please don't get discouraged , you will get there.
    Remember to exhale on the exertion and to always push that belly button towards your spine. Good form is very important.
    Exercise List:
    Upright Rows with Leg Extensions
    Plia Squat with Hammer Curls
    Low Dumbbell Rows
    Lunge with Wood Chop
    Weighted X
    Leg Lift with Rotation
    Reverse Lunge with Tricep Kickback

    I have analyzed your youtube channel and realized that your videos aren't getting enough exposure. I have also watched some of your video and loved it. I think videos like those should get more views.
