    The Soviet one was very passionate and bold. The Austrian one was the most emotional and made me feel sad seeing what was about to happen. I hope the speaker came out of the war ok

      The announcer was a national level threat to Hitler, as his speech was motivating to the point where he got a bounty by nazis.

      The Austrians had to either get annexed by Germany or stand up and fight against them. And because of political pressure, in 1938 almost 1,5 years before WW2 broke out the "Anschluss" happened, and Austria became a part of Germany.

      @@ZakArcherMusic lol no. not occupied. annexed. Austrians never had a resistance to anschluss, so there was no "last broadcast". They kept broadcasting after the anschluss
