She keeps talking about wanting to go back to her kids and not wanting to leave them, as if she's forgetting that she KILLED THE MOTHER of TWO kids. The hypocrisy. What a monster.
In 2 minutes, she goes from calling him the guy she's making tentative future plans with, to just a guy she's been "fooling around with for the past 2 or 3 years". (While carrying his child, yet)
Yes, she attempted to kill and assisted in killing a young mother of two, but when the detective says sarcastically, “Did you jump in the hole (grave)?” she replies, “That‘s sick.” Well, honey, you would know sick when you hear it.
Exactly. "I told you what you wanted to hear".... even though she was also unknowingly recorded saying "what he wanted to hear" to someone else. Not the brightest one I see🤦🏾♀️
That's malignant narcissists, kids. They will lie (even when they are caught in the lie) straight to your face with crazy, angry, defiant eyes. "I didn't do anything wrong" is their tagline and don't ever expect to hear a "sorry" or any sense of guilt or shame. P.o.s
“Fear is not an issue with you”. On point. She tried everything in the book and none of it worked in her favor. The only thing she was scared of was getting caught. Period.
I love the main detective. Him straight up telling her I ain't got time for this shit is awesome. That's how cold blooded people like her should be treated.
That detective was outstanding. It's kind of refreshing to see an interrogator that doesn't play any games. I understand why some do but this guy maintained his professionalism as well as his style of questioning the entire time. Even when she tried, at the end, to change her story, he wouldn't bite. I'd love to see more of this guy. It would be interesting to see the ways he handles other personality types. I doubt he will see this but if you do somehow, well done sir. Very well done. You should be teaching the craft.
You can see more of that detective if you watch the interrogation video of Charlie elllie from the summerfield six murder of Seth Jackson. His performance is great there as well.
It depends who he's interrogating. For some people (myself, for instance) such an aggressive approach would have them lawyering up and refusing to talk at all. I think I'd say more if they pretended to be my friend and had me thinking they actually cared about my future and understood my crime. But this guy all up in my face would scare me into shutting down.
The main detective, the black detective, is superb in his interrogation style. He was professional and did not pamper these evil murderers. Excellent video.
"You opening your mouth is not whats getting you in trouble. What got you in trouble is what happened the night of Feb 15." Never heard an investigator put it like that.
Lol he very effective is always getting RIGHT UP in peoples faces/ faeces. He did half of the Amber Wright interrogations. Didn’t know he was arrested and in Marion County jail. Now that is an interrogation i would love to see!
U wont see any new ones since He’s not a Detective anymore! After this interview, he got charged with Assault, Kidnapping, & Strangulation of his Wife!! He held her captive WOULDNT let her leave, beat & strangled her! So he was forced to resign, copped a 5 year probation plea deal.. since the judge was biased since he was a detective.. He’s a POS
This is the same cop that interrogated the dude that helped his stepdaughter & her friends get rid of the burned remains of this 15 year old in Georgia I believe
Detective Donald Buie. 19 year veteran and amazing detective, threw it away over stalking, choking and hitting his woman. Or maybe ex. I love watching his interrogations, though.
I know!! She really thought he was going to cut her a deal, or something. I got 2nd hand embarrassment for her!! 😆. He did such a great job acting like that was a total waste of his time!!...which it was.
Even that seemed like ploy to make it look like she asking for an attorney so a judge could throw her statements out in court. I saw a case where a serial killer was being interrogated and quietly said, “man, I really should’ve gotten an attorney,” and then proceeded to admit to all his murders, but once he got to court, the judge threw out his admission because she considered his statement as him requesting an attorney. There was no evidence against him other than his testimony so he was about to get away with the murders, but unfortunately for him, while in jail waiting for his court date, one of the victims sisters wrote him asking why he killed her sister and he wrote her back admitting to her murder which was then used against him in court. This female is a manipulator and was just toying with the detective.
nah... she said that in order to raise the tension, like, wow, I'm about to reveal something real... lol. She is a good liar by the way, she's really used to doing it and getting away with it.
You know what the lawyer told her...."don't talk to the police without me" --after she already did, and then did it again. She's a clever one she is.....
@@flanknstank1852 atp it’s unsurprising lol, like how people were getting all like romantically infatuated over those mass shooters and stuff, shits crazy
@@gratedradish6699 That's like the quote, "You lie down with dogs, you get up with fleas and you're known by the company you keep. My mom taught me to watch other people and how they treat others and you'll know how they will treat you, if they so desire. My mom was very wise and imparted much of her wisdom to me to think about and observe.
"With your help, We're gonna find her." The intent and confidence behind his statement was spine shivering. He's literally telling her we know it was you and you're going to confess.
So much respect for these detectives who could use their intelligence and energy to earn a load of money in a different profession but choose to spend their days and nights in horrible little rooms with evil people so they can get justice for their victims. RIP Heather 🌹
It’s so gratifying to them when they get the bad guys. I watch alot of 20/20,dateline,cold case etc. This girl is pissing me off with her cocky attitude toward the Detective.
If they are a good defective it's because they love their work. Sure it's stressful but in their mind it's worth it and for that fact, they enjoy it. If not then you will have a bad defective that is merely in the job for convenience sake and not just personal convenience but for the conveniences of their superiors.
The fact that this woman cried saying "You're gonna kill me when you get out," was so chilling knowing the end of the story. I know nothing about the victim, but what an awful way for anyone to go.
I wondered y he would do such a thing? Just because she was gonna leave em or ? It's so messed up. He should have gotten the death penalty for that too. Imagine having children for the man u r with and his children painfully come out of u and u give all trust to that man and he is hurting u while ur tied to a chair and trying to break ur neck with some other girl. Omg. The ache in my heart ❤️ being imagining being in that scenario. I would be broken before I died. That is so sad yo. He should have got the penalty.
@@kristovapalenkova5884 if you listen closely, you can hear him asking her to push the charges out so he can be released. The same thing happened to me last year. He called me from jail, begging me, calling me all the pet names to please tell them it was all a big mistake. I didn’t do it, but I lived in fear for the moment he got out of jail. Luckily, he didn’t retaliate, at least not yet. I relocated and hopefully he’ll never find me.
What stopped her from running out the door was fear..... What a sick statement to make. The fear Heather was experiencing was 100x worse than what Emelia could have been feeling in that moment. And she had no CHOICE but to give up her fight & be forcefully pushed through deaths door by that monster. Im sure her last moments were filled with fear of many forms. Fear for her children, never seeing them again, them on this planet without her AND leaving them on it with their dad.. a man who is holding her down & letting his girlfriend unalive her. Fear that this is the last day of her short life, fear she will never see her family again, fear shes about to go suddenly, brutally, & prematurely into the afterlife which 75% of people are scared of, for good reason. I feel for her sweet poor babies. I feel for her family. And im ashamed at law enforcement that could have prevented this, just from hearing that ONE call she made to Josh in jail. This poor woman was counting down the days until he was released, knowing this makeshift angel of death would be coming for her SOON. Living in fear every moment of everyday. I don't want to hear about Emelias fear. She deserves the d3ath penalty she got.
According to similar videos she tried to leave and run when the big girl got there and she hit her in the back of the head with a blunt object. The two taped her to a chair and taped a plastic bag around her head while the guy covered her nose and mouth. The guy tricked her into going by stating he needed a lookout to grab $1700 to repay his bail or something because he'd given it to the other girl. I may be off a bit. This compilation cut out a lot of their talking in circles and jumped right into when they were getting into what really occured.
I imagined he asked to see if it was big enough for Heather to fit into, but just a guess. Girl is a psycho though so he may have wondered if she got off on it. Wouldn’t put it past her,
@@stevouknow8408 Just because she said that's sick, doesn't mean s*"t. She kept saying other things were sick as well, throughout the interrogations. And look what she did!! She tried to snap someone's neck. S**t, for all we know, she may have jumped in the hole!! Just saying!!
She thought she was so good she could manipulate the cops. And a jury if necessary. Scary thing is it could have worked on a lot of them. Her worse luck she got the detective with the keenest bullshit detector I’ve ever seen. Suspect “But I…” Detective “Lies!” 😂
@@robinabernathy2829 You misunderstood. I didn’t mean cops couldn’t be manipulated. I meant not by her. She thought she was a mastermind. She is not. Hubris.
I'm counting six kids growing up without mothers. These videos really highlight the cyclical patterns that are formed. How many of those 6 might develop mental/social issues stemming from all this? It's wild
I can tell you that it doesn’t matter who you are, what your personality, childhood trauma will affect you. Maybe you’ll be fearful and anxious or bold and dangerous or anything between. It’ll follow you. This situation is devastating. Especially to these kids.
@@Greenrivers14I hope proper people WILL WARN them that they may be seriously damaged coming from such parents. I do have personality disorder and was diagnosed 3 years ago, when I was... 42. I definitely would prefer to be diagnosed when I was 22!!!

A lot of the times killers aren’t the brightest people… you’re absolutely right. Even if it buys them a day or a week they can still deny the interview and lawyer uo.
I think they're all afraid of looking guilty, because they are. Id assume innocent people would ask for legal because they're afraid they'd mess up and make themselves look guilty? Who knows
I bought my wife a house and nice car, and im not even convinced she likes me. These women in these videos fighting over men who go to jail, multiple kids,... ARE CRAAAZY
Right? I think she just wanted to get out of the pod for a while too and take a trip. People do that in jail. She never had no intentions on telling him anything. You see how happy she was to see him? She's a cold biotch

Damn man, you can tell this chick can twist and manipulate everyone around her in her everyday life. The way she does the "situational minimizing" of details that end up being a complete reversal of her prior statement is probably super effective on people that aren't expecting to be lied to. But she's probably never had to do this with someone that is actually in the major leagues like a homicide detective. It so painfully obvious that he instantly catches her manipulation but she's so invested into it she can't even tell. It's a good thing that most criminals are also total idiots.
@@RedTreeCrime Holy. Shit. I just got to what you were talking about and I absolutely cannot believe it..... She got really really used to that pretty face and quick-thinking-manipulation skill getting her through everything in life didn't she?
Her baseline changes hard when asked about Heather. And she keeps doing things like hiccups, yawns, weird comments to come off like she's not nervous and just comfortable around him. And I noticed that big sigh while talking to dispel anxiety.
I can't believe what she tried at the end. That detective wasn't buying any of it. He was great. She came in all smiles thinking she could pull some hail mary move after the fact. Only a narcissist would think they could pull that off. It seems pretty obvious she doesn't feel any empathy at all, even for herself.
Definitely someone whose convinced themselves they're the smartest person in the room and they "got this". Girl you had 90 days to come up with something and that was the best you had? That was embarrassing to watch. Let her rot. Kids are better off without her.
I firmly believe in my heart of hearts that she was the main ringleader in this horrible murder! She even tried to play the detective like a fiddle just like she did her boyfriend and he refused to fall for it
This women is a master of redirection, spinning stories, acting oblivious, feigning innocence, staying cool under pressure, unadulterated deceit, and Jedi mind tricks.
lol she really is making good points. better arguments than I usually see in these interrogation. good thing she was dealing with this detective. he's badass.
"A master of redirection..." On herself! Who among us believed this delusional broad?? She's a prolific liar, I give her that much, but a lie is only a lie if you believe it! Cops, judge, jury, friends nor relatives - no one believed her. So no, she's just another garden variety psycho killer.
My favorite thing about those discount Bonnie and Clyde pairs who are willing to destroy everybody in their way is that they ALWAYS turn on each other. It goes from "He would never do it" *new evidence* to "He did it" *new evidence* to "He MADE me do it".
She thought her 'charm', which she has none, would turn things in her favor. Must've been extremely jealous to take an innocent life for nothing, I feel awful for her children. R.I.P. lovely lady.
This detective is on point. I wouldn’t wanna get on his bad side Gotta love how she says she doesn’t wanna be taken from her kids but had no issues taking Heather from her kids. Gotta love the irony
Who,? Which one, the black guy? I'm so curious because everybody keeps saying the main detective his great but which one is he I've been skipping through it cuz I get anxious
Even in handcuffs dressed in an official prison suit this despicable woman is STILL trying to be shady and "run things" through detectives off record to get a better deal, so gross dude.
Imagine how stupid she has to be to contact him and think that her dumbass story was going to get her out of jail or less time. Her whole life she was surrounded by people even dumber than her, in which the manipulation actually worked. The worst kind of person
Exactly. She is a narcissist. She actually thought she would just compose herself, tell him a bunch of lies and strike a new deal. I am betting that she and her family got together ( in jail) and contrived a new narrative and were going to lie for her. She really believed she could pull that one. She makes Aileen Wuornos look like a saint! Wuornos killed a lot of men, but she truly had some deep mental issues, this Ho killed out of hatred and she would do it again if she needed to get someone out of the way. I feel so sorry for that poor woman. She was so pretty and obviously she was trying to hold onto her marriage. She couldn’t help that her husband was an ass🕳️! I just can’t imagine the fear and pain she suffered. I bet she begged for her life and that stone cold biotch tried to shut her up by breaking her neck. She deserved the death penalty. They both do.
I love at the end when the detective tells her to take another 90 days and try to remember what she first told him! He doesn't put up with any of her games. Tells her he doesn't believe her. He's one of the best
38:42 Even after Amelia realizes that she was heard admitting to the crime she remains completely relaxed….so much so that she actually has her foot propped up on the officers chair, while he is sitting in it. She is the epitome of a cold blooded killer.
I wonder if her putting her foot up like that was some sort of power play showing she thought she was superior or her trying to get him to back off so she could continue weaving her tapestry of lies by creating physical distance?
"And I only knock once" was one of the most frightening and badass comments I have heard a detective make, and I have seen plenty of these interviews. That detective does his badge every bit of justice (in more ways than one).
I’m 4 mins in and listening to her being pregnant with their 4th child, baby daddy with this other woman, living in a trailer, him having just gone to jail, etc. C’mon people if you can’t provide a quality stable environment for your kids then stop having them!!! Use protection.
She could never hold on to ANY man without anchor babies to manipulate him with and she KNOWS... At least, nutcases like her usually attract nutcase partners...
The baby in her womb now has to live the rest of their life knowing both its parents murdered the mother of its siblings and their birth certificate lists their place of birth as a state institution. They didn't deserve the kids they brought into the world, that's for sure. If either parent even for 1 second thought of how this would effect their kids instead of their selfish pride, jealousy and anger, they'd be free with their family. Rip Heather. I pray for all the kids effected by this senseless crime 😢
Maybe if there was some sort of verification process to go through? Like when ppl are looking for a house to buy they have to be pre-approved for the loan so they know what their budget is. It’s harder to go out and buy a home or car then it is to go out and have a baby…… That’s backwards 😕
Why have children if u dont want the best for them? So sad, bc Im an orphan & nobody loved me the way my mom did & I was a clueless naive teen which married men prayed on. Ur so wise S Goodman💜🙏💜
That very last interview has me in stitches 😂😂 Her trying to be all cryptic and cute and failing to manipulate that awesome detective miserably. Haha! When he bounced out of that room, it was music to my ears
I thought it was weird he kept entertaining it. Usually cops will make you know ur place and tell u to put ur leg down. The fact they were so close made me go ?¿
"Who else do you have issues with?" "Anyone..." Also had a huge laugh when they finally showed the man they were feuding over and having babies with. Jawwwwsh is such a catch.
39:00 Wow. When he said “excuse me” and made her verbally say yes rather than nod about being there at heathers last breath, I was shocked. That sequence was incredible. He saw she was minimizing by nodding and trying to move on. He leaned in close to her when he told her to show respect by speaking. Just wow.
I think he wanted her to say it out loud for court purposes. A nod can’t always be seen on the videos, or her lawyers could argue it was misconstrued. By having her verbally communicate that she was there, the jury can hear it right from the horse’s mouth.
@@dw3403 It’s far more complex than that. The other officer was letting her get away with nodding. He continued questions. I was pointing out how well the first officer was at doing his job. I have an educated guess on the reasons he did that. But my comment was about how smooth he did it all.
I wouldn't of sat there and let him put words in my mouth, trying to tell me how it was all be it the truth. I would of called a lawyer once the detective started his crap.
I wanna see more interrogations with that officer because he is one of the best I’ve seen on any channel! He so authoritative and professional, he tolerates no bullshit lol
I've seen him before on a cpl quite a big case. To the point where I'm like I know you from other videos. What tf is going on in this county lol. EWU channel did coverage of Seath Jackson interegation of the 5 teens involved. He was 1 of the main detecives on that case. What's even more crazy is these 2 specific cases took place about a month apart. BBC 3 Channel did a Death Row (life on death row) documentary. On this case, goes into lot of detail with the dets ect. It's split into about 8 x 10 min videos. 😊
@@ireckon6791 I know your comment wasn't at me but thanks for posting that... @Larry Crabs He resigned. Ended up pleading guilty to 2 charges in a deal. They gave him 5 years probation, counseling, required him to give up his cop certification and a no contact order. This was my home town and I remember being surprised that he did it and that there was security footage to back up that he did it.
I see a lot of comments about how the kids lost their parents. That’s not a tragedy; that’s a blessing. No matter what happens to the kids it’s highly unlikely they’ll end up being raised by psychopathic murderers like these two. This girl is about as low as humanity can go. I dread the thought of any child being in her presence much less under her “care”.
These are the type of people that care more about having a sex partner than their children and they just keep popping them out. I will never understand why these type of people are so furtile. Our taxes dollars continue to pay for them.
who knows it it would’ve been worse with their mom but either way, that trauma will follow those poor innocent children. hope they all work through it and become decent people
No new ones as he had to forfeit his credentials, though I’d also be interested in his older ones. He pled guilty to two counts of DV in 2019, I believe battery and strangulation. His name is Donald Buie if you want to look it up
@@fergal2424 No, because based on your very own comment history on this very page you seem to think tired, bullshit stereotypes are worthy of the collective community’s time. So yes, the original comment should descriptive in this instance because the Black defective was by far the most impressive (in the original commenters opinion, at a minimum). If nothing else it pushes back against the backwards thinking you’ve spewed on other stories. You’re not slick or entertaining
This is one damn good detective!! He’s is a great interrogator the fact that he is so smooth and gives up just enough to get her to give him what he needs is impressive. He even made sure to let her know that she is free to leave at any time; so she is off guard and relaxed.
The silver lining in this situation is the her kids are free from their cold blooded killer mom... I can’t imagine the pain she would have inflicted on her own kids behind closed door. It’s a blessing that her kids are free from their monster mom… she doesn’t deserve to have or raise kids…
i certainly hope whoever has guardianship has them in some type counseling to retrain the brain. i can just imagine how they lived day to day! she never gave a damn about those kids....
that's a piss pour thought to have, while using the kids as chess pieces! having multiple fathers didn't seem to phase her either. i would love to know her backstory.
I love this interrogator - straightforward but has a calm demeanor and he clearly cares and is invested. It is awesome that he can coax the necessary information without doing the corny " hey friend, you can tell me anything... are you hungry? Can I get you anything?" He has integrity.
If playing their friend gets a killer in jail, that's no less integrity. There's a reason why so many do it and stroke their ego temporarily, and that's because it gets results and keeps people safe. Not usually a fan of defending cops or those who work with em, but I feel like you have an odd take on integrity personally.
What’s so scary about this girl is that she sounded pretty legit to begin with. And then it gets more and more ridiculous even after being in jail she tries to manipulate the officer and he’s like NOPE not gona play games. She’s a real class act. I can only imagine her kids are so much better off with out her.
I found myself believing her at the beginning, too. I don’t know if her kids feel they’re better off without her. They’re likely traumatised and devastated.
I wish these idiotic mean women would use birth control!! It’s not hard to take a pill once a day!! The children are the ones who suffer!! I really like the investigator! Many women have babies so they can get our tax dollars for each child. Free money, food stamps, medical care, etc! It’s infuriating that they have children only for money! 😡😡
You just know this detective is a Dad. I don’t know if he uses his work lines on his kids or his kids lines on his suspects but it’s golden. “This is your opportunity and I’ll only knock once. I’m tired. You’re tired. And you’re lying to me”. He really seems like one of the good guys. He cares. About Heather and her kids, clearly. He cares more about Emilia’s baby, and her kids, than what she does. He even seems to care about Emilia, as a fellow human being and an (expecting again) Mom. Such a horrific situation for Heather, her kids, and Emilia’s kids. Ladies, if you’re scared that a man is going to kill you, you need to get the hell out of dodge. Don’t tell them. Don’t tip them off. Leave no trace. Go somewhere that you have zero connections to. Delete all social media. Get a burner phone (many abu sers have spyware on their victims phone). Chuck the other one before you leave. And don’t ever. Ever. Agree to see them “just one last time”, or because after hundreds of days of abu sing you, your leaving them has suddenly woken them up, and they’ll magically never do it again. There’s countless need stories about how a missing or murdered woman agreed to see their partner one last time, or met at a different spot to normal for swapping the kids over for custody, or went inside to sign the divorce papers and start afresh. They’re invariably never seen again, or their body is found somewhere. I wish we knew what happened to Heathers kids, and Emilia. So much pain and grief inflicted by these two muppets.
This should definitely be top comment. There are some good comments in this thread. But this is beautiful and that was amazing information that could very well save a life
I watched her interview on death row that she did with another unrelated woman she’s friends with who was also there for a heinous crime (and is the definition of pure evil) and you can absolutely tell that she has zero remorse. Neither of them should EVER be released. The other woman I mentioned is named Tiffany Cole and her crime upset me so much. She buried an elderly couple alive, named Reggie and Carol Sumner, after robbing them. She knew them personally and they trusted her. She knew they had some money saved up. So she brought her boyfriend and another guy over to their home where they robbed them and then dug a grave to toss them in while they were still alive desperately holding onto each other in their last moments. Of course she tried to claim that she didn’t know that they were going to be killed (as if that even made a difference). After they robbed and murdered the couple, they bought some booze and posed together for a selfie while all three were smiling from ear to ear. Tiffany even posed with a wad of cash in between her teeth in the photo (which can be found online). This channel may have made a video about her before, I’m not sure. Tiffany has tried getting off the death penalty but I believe last year they determined that her death sentence would still remain. Here’s a link to a clip from that: ruclips.net/video/dlZs0GMRqT0/видео.html Here’s a quote that Emilia Carr said during the interview for example: “We call it life row. It’s life row because we’re not dying, we’re living.” Give me a break, ugh.
I'm only 12 minutes into this one.....and I LOVE this detective - his approach of calling her on her bullshit lies before she can get them out of her mouth is AWESOME !!
He's a bulldog and also throws just the right amount of disgust at her to keep her a little off balance. Little darts now and then of "you will not get away with your baloney in this room."
She loved him so much, she couldn't bear sharing him with another woman, so she had to kill her. But when confronted by police, she just throws him under the bus.
see alwyas a bad peice of shit man in the middle. he lied and manupilated her and played her and she fell for it. if these women would get ride of men like this no issues but he is is peice of shit 2 timming women and im sure he turned them against each other like men always do.
This is why monogamy doesn't work. If you are allowed more than one wife then this type of nonsense wouldn't happen. This is why most religions allow more than more wife.
In the first few minutes of Emilia's interview, she brings up the child support case that was upcoming between Josh and Heather. That was Josh's motive. There was no way he was gonna allow Heather to just take the kids, leave him and then have the audacity to call the cops on him and put him on child support. Emilia knew this and I think she knew this was the only way to put an end to the back and forth relationship between Josh and Heather. He is a cold blooded killer as well, but for some reason I don't believe he would've actually killed Heather without Emilia's influence. I think he would've continued on that toxic relationship for as long as Heather allowed it. Look how effortlessly she lied to those detectives. It just so happened the detective she ran into was too smart for her. She ruined countless lives because she couldn't take knowing that this woman was better than her.
This chick is scary. She has no problem straight up lying to someone’s face, then admit to the truth, then 3 months later look that detective in the face and expect him to believe she gave a false confession. What she did was try to give the old “I admitted under duress, I really wasn’t there, and I have people that will testify that Josh has been bragging about how he did everything and was going to kill her ex husband as well.” Wow! She is as cold as the grave.
I watch a lot of murder investigations, as I’m sure 99% of this channels viewers do as well. This particular woman is every bit as chilling to listen to as I have witnessed. Up there with the creepiest. The detective was very, very good.
I wonder why she picked her ex to be his potential victim. That doesn’t even make sense. She is grasping at straws when there are no straws to be grabbed. 💀
The way she was flirting with this detective during questioning and now bold as brash with her foot on his chair shows she will try to manipulate any situation to her advantage. To kill the mother of these poor children in such a sickening and cruel way proves that she is a psychotic monster.
@@johnalexander4654 To be fair, at a certain point in my pregnancy I would lift up my feet as much as possible. Swelling and stuff, the elevation alleviates the pressure, but she definitely (also) did this in a poor attempt to “seduce” the detective.

@CYAN YVETTE thank you for doing the hard work! I’m going to go check him out some more
I’d love to see more videos of him as well. Best interrogation I’ve ever seen.
@CYAN YVETTE Cyan thanks for the info. I definitely will watch everything video he's in.✌️💪♥️
You can see more of that detective if you watch the interrogation video of Charlie elllie from the summerfield six murder of Seth Jackson.

Amelia saying "my attorney is gonna be pissed that I'm talking to you" is the only semblance of truth that came out of her mouth that day.

38:42 Even after Amelia realizes that she was heard admitting to the crime she remains completely relaxed….so much so that she actually has her foot propped up on the officers chair, while he is sitting in it. She is the epitome of a cold blooded killer.
Yeah I found it wired that her foot was propped up on his chair like that. I couldn't believe she thought that was ok
Very cool and collected. And pretty smart. But she got the worst detective she could have gotten. Dude is a beast. BS detector is off the charts
OMG! Exactly my thoughts. I also thought how inappropriate, perhaps she was trying to be cute and flirtatious. But all she invokes is disgust.
I wonder if her putting her foot up like that was some sort of power play showing she thought she was superior or her trying to get him to back off so she could continue weaving her tapestry of lies by creating physical distance?
Maybe because she was pregnant
“Josh is in the other room by the way”😅the detective is funny 😄
"And I only knock once" was one of the most frightening and badass comments I have heard a detective make, and I have seen plenty of these interviews. That detective does his badge every bit of justice (in more ways than one).
I love how the detective said, "By the way....Josh is in the other room" while he was on his way out. Tooooo smooth!
This interrogator is one of the best I've seen. And I've seen dozens and dozens of these shows. He understands psychology.
THAT ENDING WAS THE BEST THING EVER 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Girl was still trying after witnessing again and again how kick ass the detective is. Embarassing, to say the least.
I’m 4 mins in and listening to her being pregnant with their 4th child, baby daddy with this other woman, living in a trailer, him having just gone to jail, etc. C’mon people if you can’t provide a quality stable environment for your kids then stop having them!!! Use protection.
Or an abortion.
She could never hold on to ANY man without anchor babies to manipulate him with and she KNOWS... At least, nutcases like her usually attract nutcase partners...
People like these degenerates are the reason the NWO is working at killing 2/3 of the world’s population. 😂
The SC wants a domestic supply of babies 👶 so we have lower class folks to do the crap 💩 jobs😳😭 See: Amy Coathanger’s written review & comments😭
That tiny baby, hopefully, will be adopted and raised without knowing until they are old enough to understand.
Also, I truly hope all the other kids got safe and loving homes after having these dumbasses for parents. Blessing over Heather's family and friends.
Lol! There was never a baby.😂😂
Maybe if there was some sort of verification process to go through? Like when ppl are looking for a house to buy they have to be pre-approved for the loan so they know what their budget is. It’s harder to go out and buy a home or car then it is to go out and have a baby……
That’s backwards 😕
Why have children if u dont want the best for them? So sad, bc Im an orphan & nobody loved me the way my mom did & I was a clueless naive teen which married men prayed on. Ur so wise S Goodman💜🙏💜
That very last interview has me in stitches 😂😂 Her trying to be all cryptic and cute and failing to manipulate that awesome detective miserably. Haha! When he bounced out of that room, it was music to my ears
I would have slapped that leg down .. "were not playing here miss """😂😂😂
They gotta be as comfortable to see if they being believed
I thought it was weird he kept entertaining it. Usually cops will make you know ur place and tell u to put ur leg down. The fact they were so close made me go ?¿
That bothered me too. No home training.
"Who else do you have issues with?"
"Anyone..."
Also had a huge laugh when they finally showed the man they were feuding over and having babies with. Jawwwwsh is such a catch.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, didn't you know? Charming People indeed, a little blue chair and some duct tape and the Shovel of course.
I don’t even know how he’s able to verbally hook anyone. He doesn’t even speak English. Thank God for closed captions.
i get the impression jawwwsh also has a drug problem, he damn sure fits the picture.
@@BacDaFukUp4life I totally agree but I would say all three of them had a drug problem
@@Everyoneisanartist776 lmfao 🤣🤣🤣
I knw why he does it but... Reminds me of a counselor we had in school who would always say "I can't hear brains rattling" lbs
It had to be heard on the recording.
@@dw3403 It’s far more complex than that. The other officer was letting her get away with nodding. He continued questions.
I was pointing out how well the first officer was at doing his job. I have an educated guess on the reasons he did that. But my comment was about how smooth he did it all.
Lol settle down, it was pretty standard stuff, hardly "incredible"
This detective is amazing. No bs and sees straight through her lies
Why people DON’T walk out the door when they’re told they can is beyond me lol

20:47 "You call it what you want-- lawyer." The absolute smoothness this detective has. She KNEW she was effed.
My favorite was when she said "I don't have a problem with her" and he said "NOW you don't"
I had never heard of Crime Circus before and now I have so much more to watch. - Editing to add a "holy crap" because Crime Circus even talks about what the detective did. I don't think I've ever seen a True Crime channel do that kinda follow up...
Is this the same detective that beat his wife? If so, he was fired.
@Larry Crabs He resigned. Ended up pleading guilty to 2 charges in a deal. They gave him 5 years probation, counseling, required him to give up his cop certification and a no contact order. This was my home town and I remember being surprised that he did it and that there was security footage to back up that he did it.
@@Kat15342 I see. Thanks for the info.

This detective is a seasoned hard core no nonsense investigator and he's not playing any games . I want to see more of his interrogations .
No new ones as he had to forfeit his credentials, though I’d also be interested in his older ones. He pled guilty to two counts of DV in 2019, I believe battery and strangulation. His name is Donald Buie if you want to look it up
Just looked it up, what a bummer.
Oh 😩i don’t think i want to watch the rest of this interrogation then.Poor victim/s of his.
The black detective is very smart and highly professional. He has an amazing grip on the conversation.

This is one damn good detective!! He’s is a great interrogator the fact that he is so smooth and gives up just enough to get her to give him what he needs is impressive. He even made sure to let her know that she is free to leave at any time; so she is off guard and relaxed.
They always say that though. He has an agenda and I don't know if his agenda was conductive to the truth.
@@trueCrimeGuruYes bruh get out
He's hot!! I want him to investigate me.
Except for the fact the detective is now in jail for beating and choking his wife.
He's not in jail still but he did beat his wife. Luckily she is a smart woman and recorded him.
The silver lining in this situation is the her kids are free from their cold blooded killer mom... I can’t imagine the pain she would have inflicted on her own kids behind closed door. It’s a blessing that her kids are free from their monster mom… she doesn’t deserve to have or raise kids…
Poor children don't know any better. Poor innocent children of both women. I'm sickened.
It’s interesting how she has her foot on the detective’s chair.
3 kids with 3 different fathers, a jailed boyfriend, another kid on the way and a murder suspect. These slack jawed yokels are living it up ☝

“You call it what you want lawyer” 😂this man is my absolute favourite detective I love every video he’s in
If you’re guilty, please talk to the cops without an attorney. Pleeease. All day long.
Absolute perfect interrogator haha
What’s so scary about this girl is that she sounded pretty legit to begin with. And then it gets more and more ridiculous even after being in jail she tries to manipulate the officer and he’s like NOPE not gona play games. She’s a real class act. I can only imagine her kids are so much better off with out her.
@nicolestewart
Yeah, if she hasn't already f*cked their heads up.
I found myself believing her at the beginning, too. I don’t know if her kids feel they’re better off without her. They’re likely traumatised and devastated.
She cute though. Sad
@bakielh229 what's so Sad about a cold hearted monster going too jail? All because she's cute? Come on. Don't do that too yourself.
Great advice 👌
This should definitely be top comment. There are some good comments in this thread. But this is beautiful and that was amazing information that could very well save a life
This detective needs his own RUclips channel
Here’s a link to a clip from that:
ruclips.net/video/dlZs0GMRqT0/видео.html
Here’s a quote that Emilia Carr said during the interview for example:
“We call it life row. It’s life row because we’re not dying, we’re living.”
Give me a break, ugh.
I saw one where a guy kidnapped a young girl, decapitated her then R'd her dead body then confessed to it in detail to the interrogator
@@eggchin9721one did that to his moms corpse.
OMFG! That's pure evil.

I'm only 12 minutes into this one.....and I LOVE this detective - his approach of calling her on her bullshit lies before she can get them out of her mouth is AWESOME !!
They’re the “okay” brothers
Im twelve minutes in and I hating this lady. I would not have the patience the detective had.
I absolutely love this detective's style. Firm, direct, dominant without being overbearing. He's a joy to listen to!
He's a bulldog and also throws just the right amount of disgust at her to keep her a little off balance. Little darts now and then of "you will not get away with your baloney in this room."
The ending was so good her pathetic desperation and the detective not having it!😂😂😂
She loved him so much, she couldn't bear sharing him with another woman, so she had to kill her. But when confronted by police, she just throws him under the bus.
That’s narcissism baby

She's incapable of real love.
I think when prison becomes a reality, the love is gone. Self-preservation, baby. Too little, too late.
This is why monogamy doesn't work.
If you are allowed more than one wife then this type of nonsense wouldn't happen.
This is why most religions allow more than more wife.
I love the detective that interrogated her. No over the top yelling, drama, right to the point. Great job. 👍
Josh and Emilia are both not worth a dime, they both full of it.
I never understood why 2 women will fight like this over a piece of crap man…. Ruin your life for that?
He's MY crap!!
@@moodyriver6673 I agree. I can’t imagine a woman like this having children. Poor kids!
I wonder why she picked her ex to be his potential victim. That doesn’t even make sense. She is grasping at straws when there are no straws to be grabbed. 💀
Yet he pointed out she admitted to it to her friend so how was that under duress?
She obviously has positively no idea how freaking hard it is to get a conviction overturned. Even for those that *actually are* wrongfully convicted
The way she was flirting with this detective during questioning and now bold as brash with her foot on his chair shows she will try to manipulate any situation to her advantage. To kill the mother of these poor children in such a sickening and cruel way proves that she is a psychotic monster.
she has had her feet up in the air alot!
