How I make Frozen tofu: freeze it in the package, thaw it. Then you can just squeeze out the water like a sponge, no need to press it. Slice it or make chunks. The holes will soak up a lot of marinade or whatever sauce you use. Then you can bake or stir fry it, delicious. ❤
Same way I make my tofu! It’s so much easier to freeze it in the package and squeeze out the liquid later when it’s thawed. It also holds together really well this way, more meat like.
I tried freezing extra firm tofu and then pressing it after the thaw. The tofu had a chicken-like texture, and the marianade I placed it in absorbed very well, which was nice.

Thank you for your content. I very much enjoy it and seeing your helpers in the kitchen. You want to stay away from seed oils not because seeds themselves are bad in their raw unprocessed form but because to extract oil from example grape seeds the process is very hard on the material as the seeds are so tiny and the end product is inflammatory for the body. Even if it is "organic" oil. Good oils to use are avocado, olive, coconut and palm. All the oils listed can withstand a high smoke point with the exception of olive oil. Make sure your oils are not mixed with inferior seed oils so do your research on brands as they will mix seed oils into them and not label it to cut costs. Primal Kitchen and Chosen Foods are reputable brands for avocado oils. For pure olive oil you can find reputable brands by looking them up online. I believe the Pompei oil you used is considered pure olive oil. Even so called organic oils can be diluted with seed oils due to who the company sources the oils from. Seed oils have been shown to cause macular degeneration of the eyes.
Thank so much for watching and enjoying our video! And thank you for the info and feedback! At least you’re not advocating no oil use at all, we’ve done some research and this is what we’ve narrowed down our uses to which is hemp seed oil, grapeseed oil and we don’t cook with olive oil but just toss it at the end. We hope to see you on our future videos 👍🏽
Unless you’re eating 100% raw with 70% of your food being fruit and the other 30% veggies you shouldn’t be worried about minuscule things like consuming one oil over the next because at the end of the day it’s all inflammatory and acidic forming. Make sure you’re consuming a product that is real (actually the oil it says it is), make sure it’s cold pressed, limit or don’t fry your food at all and allow your body to do what it’s been doing for thousands of years (detox and heal). Grape seed oil opens up the AMPK pathway due to Resveratrol and has been shown to have anti inflammation affects on the body. This is a fact.
