  • I am cutting out most of the processed foods my family has been eating for years and now I am making foods homemade and with love. This also helps us save money as we eat at home instead of going out to eat.
    Super Soft Rolls 13x9 inch pan. 350ºF 20-25 minutes
    1/4 cup soft butter
    1 1/4 cup warm milk
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 egg at room temperature
    2 1/4 tsp. yeast
    **mix and let bloom 5 minutes
    3-4 cups AP flour
    1 tsp. salt
    **mix after adding 2 cups flour and the salt. slowly add more flour until it is the desired consistency. Dough should be soft and slightly sticky, but does not stick all over fingers.
    **Knead 3-4 minutes after dough has cleared the sides of the bowl of mixer
    **Cover and rest 30-45 minutes
    **Divide into 12 rolls-place in 13x9 inch greased pan, cover and let rise 30-45 minutes
    **Bake in preheated 350ºF oven 20-25 minutes (internal temperature of 190ºF to be done)
    **Brush with butter for a super soft top if you would like
    **Great for dinner, lunch and breakfast!!!
