After some experimentation, I believe you may be wrong about the "Reinforcement" method. Someone reading this will have to verify this claim for me, but IanXO4's copper farm uses the reinforcement method to spawn zombies, and of the zombies spawned in that farm, not a single one is a zombie villager. I tested this myself across different versions, and it seems to be a constant. I have not seen anyone else mention this in the comment section, so I thought it was worth noting for people who can't get this method to work.
1:06 if you are not playing hardcore, you don't need bubble elevator. Because just place a bed on top to set your spawnpoint so that you can die to get to top.

I was struggling so much and killed so many of my villagers unnecessarily because I didn't know that difficulty can change the chance of Villagers becoming Zombie. My server sets difficulty to easy when it resets, and I ended up killing my mending villager because of that! oops! LOL at least now I can make another easily. Awesome vid!

I used this method to get a jungle skin villager. Had a hell of a hard time getting them trapped in the cure house, but the way I managed was to build it in a 1 block pool of water and make it a 3 length corridor, so I had time to block off both entrances when they're in.
Okay, this is not working. I used the 2nd method, building the 128 block high water elevator. It works fine. I go up it, then fall down, the mobs despawn then respawn, but they NEVER respawn as a zombie villager. Supposedly 5% of them should be zombine villagers, but I've done this dozens of times, seen a couple hundred zombies spawn in, and none have been zombie villagers. I'm playing Minecraft Java 1.19.2 on normal difficulty. Is there any other factor you need for zombie villagers to spawn? Proximity to village? Something?
The issue is that it's unlucky spawns. Cause not only are you contesting with normal zombie villager spawns you're also dealing with other mob spawns which takes up the spawn limit and further limits the zombie villager chance. The 5% only applies to each zombie spawb
Gonna try finding a zombie village switch to peaceful patch roofs and block doors then switch to hard and see where they spawn. I wonder if they spawn like witches inside the houses. If so then a similar farm without a kill chamber instead iron bars like igloo basement curing cells would be idea.
It does work in but it's a lot slower because in the jungle there's less spawning spaces and in deserts and mesas husks mostly spawn and those cannot spawn as zombie villagers so there's a much smaller chance.

The best thing I’ve found if you can’t have the 100 percent cures with hard mode because you are on a server is to have a jobless villager get attacked by a zombie and the. If it is converted then you can cure it and if not the a slit in the village opens up to let a new one be bred.

This is true. Reinforcements do NOT spawn zombie villagers.
Does a world generated zombie spawner spawn zombie villagers like a small percent?

One thing, if you don’t have a brewing stand you can look for weakness potions in Trial Chambers.
Or catch a witch and let em throw a weakness potion at you while the zombie villager is in range (though, it's more difficult I'd assume)

Oh, as a comparison, I've seen about 15 baby zombies, which also have a 5% spawn rate. So the fact I've seen zero zombie villagers is very messed up.
