Just went there last night for a birthday dinner, I didn't have this dish, but let me just say that this is a WONDERFUL resturant and amazing food with top notch service!!! I highly recommend going here!

Those are best dreaded in wondra and cayenne. Then fried in olive oil.... NOM NOM NOM!!!! On a garlic crouton.... ohh man better than white truffles....
slowly killing a living thing by drowning it in what looks like tomato and cream soup is just gross...seems you can probably not even taste the eel, so dead for not much reason at all
Considering our American eels are on the decline (after the european eels have plummeted already due to use for human food), I find this video completely inhumane and disgusting. There will be 7 billion of us on the planet this year. Eating fish is becoming an ethical issue as most fisheries have been plummeting.

it reminds me of the time I killed that litter of puppies to make drowned puppy soup. SO DELICIOUS
