New Normal

I've heard a LOT of people talking about a "New Normal." I never thought about it previously, but it makes perfect sense now! EVERYTHING has changed, so there is an adjustment period. It may seem like a bit of a hot mess, but I choose to show you as I continue to find my NEW NORMAL
I'm finally documenting my recovery. This is what I wanted when I was in the hospital...searching for hope!
So, I want to let people know, it can be done! Keep pushing! It can be crazy hard, slow, and painful...but keep fighting! I sustained a TBI - DAI or shaken baby syndrome and 3 strokes. No joke, right?!
Thankfully, I had a TON of encouragement and support!!! My friends and the ENTIRE ALC community are AWESOME!!! Thanks for all the prayers and good videos!

Thanks! Well...I used *hand* *motions* for a LONG time! Soooo...there are a TON of *pictures* with me giving a thumbs up! 👍
Also I got *REALLY* good a charades! Only my MOM could figure out what I was trying to say...🤷‍♀️
