    Bone length should be broad especially for smaller muscle groups. This is what all matters and you've that.

    First day 1 set of db holds till failure.Second day wrist curls for 3 sets till failure,reverse wrist curls for 3 sets till failure.

    Ke jab bhi mai koi heavy kaam karta hoon like Digging land for gardening , or Hammering , etc 🔨⛏
    To mere forearm itne zyada pump & tight hojaate hai , aisa lagta hai jaise phat jaayenge , so how to manage ?

    Isometric contractions are the worst contributors to hypertrophy. Just do forearms curls and extension focusing on slowing down the eccentric part. Isometric training you are probably already doing enough while training pulldowns, deadlifts etc

    Mere pass heavy db nhi hai...20kg ki plate hai..usse hoga...
    Meri grip bahut weak hai...kabhi nhi ubharati .bahut try kar liya...heavy lifting karne jaata hu...to haath barbell 5-6 rep mei fisal ne lag jaata hai.
    Legs mein muscle aur strength aa jati hai kyonki usme grip kuch karna hai nahi...
    Upper body bichari develop hi nhi ho paati dhang se.
    Rant ho gya poora ye to 😔😔

    i have 6 and a 1/4 inch wrist, do you think i can grow 14-16 inch forearms oneday?
    im overall very skinny (50 kg at 5'6'')

      muscle imbalance normal hai, just do more reps on left hand . Itni zarurat nahi hai unless bohot zyada imbalance ho.
