This video is descriptive, longer form content is def the best. It's actually so refreshing to see someone succeed at everything they do. I hope you have a good day and night routine. A unique thing to do for your night routine could be to cleanse your room with sage.
A thing that help me sleep so much faster is doing a bath in the bathtub with warm/hot water. This relax all my muscles and when i lay down in bed I feel so chill down that I do not even REALISE that i'm sleeping. totally recommended🥰 Loved this episode Fern, This was so good

WHY THIS IS THE NEW EPISODE!? DO YOU ST*LK ME? This is really shocking because I've been telling my family FOR A MONTH of how unstable, unhealthy, and incosistent my sleeping routine is. I thought I was just breaking out from using something but I realize it's also because of my sleeping habit... are you God-sent? THANK YOU SO MUCH FERNANDA! Love this!!💖
I got the idea from a psychology podcast I was listening to that was talking about colour theory and how certain colours can change your mood and the way it makes you feel. Perhaps it's a strange concept but I use this and feel it helps so perhaps give it a try. 😊 You can download a colour filter on your phone to change the background to suit the time of day. Orange or yellow in the morning to mimic the sun, blue for the night. I read that red can be used to avoid eye strain and green to help if you have migraines or headaches. Other advice I'd give is to dim the lights when you're ready to relax and set an alarm for when you should brush your teeth, get off your phone, etc. Spraying your pillow and room with lavender is another idea, asmr or calming music if you're into it. 🧡
