Hi Eric, I doubled checked with Mercedes-Benz and Race Start is a standard feature. To do it, engage Sport + mode "S+" on the dial on the steering wheel on the right hand side, or by using the dynamic switch on the lower center console. When in that mode, come to a complete stop, make sure you press hard on the brake and the engine should rev up nicely when you bury the throttle. Release the brake and you're off. Also, make sure the engine is nice and warm, as it likely has electronic protections to not operate when its too cold or too hot. I hope that helps. If you're still having trouble, maybe the dealer can help troubleshoot.
How bad is the ride when its in sport+. Im picking my 2020 up on Monday but it doesnt have the Adaptive suspension dampers so my suspensions is basically always in Sport+ mode and I heard its back breaking :/

I don’t remember it being that bad, but I also had the ability switch to comfort in a bumpy section of road. Hopefully it’s alright!
